Bow/Crossbow Comparison
The most IAS you can get using a rare bow/crossbow is 20ias.
You can also get 20ias from Twitch, 30ias from Sigons gloves/boots, 30ias from Death's
gloves/belt, and 10ias from Goldwrap. Which brings us to a total of 70 with Death's
gloves/sash, 80 with Sigons gloves/boots plus Goldwrap.
These are the best Zon weapons in my opinion, you could argue that a razor bow is better
than a chu-ko-nu but a double bow is a better version of that. Each one is shown here for
its distinctiveness.

Maximum damage a bow can achieve in classic requires the mods: 200%Enhanced Damage
and 20Max Damage. We will ignore minimum damage, elemental, dex etc.

What does this all show us? A Ballista does more damage than any other Amazon weapon,
but not much more than a Gothic Bow. It could be the best PvM bow for you if u have
low mana leech and its also the most powerful 1-shot Zon Vs Zon duel bow, but very close
to a Gothic Bow. It also has the highest strength requirement.
The other decent crossbow is the Chu-ko-nu. It deals the worst damage and is only
faster than the Ballista but not much slower than the Gothic Bow. It's only advantage
is that only 10ias is required for it's fastest attack. If u have non IAS equip u want
to wear this may be the weapon for you.
The most popular bow, a Gothic Bow, deals the most damage for a bow, although they do
shoot the slowest out of any bows, they only require 10ias on themselves if you are trying
to attain the fastest attack rate.
Rune Bows deal less damage but attack faster which is helpful in dueling but require
20ias on themselves, they also have lower requirements and can be made using the 6-perfect
skull recipe.
Double Bows require 20ias on themselves and a Goldwrap. Which means no "cannot be frozen,"
15% resist all plus other bonus' from Death's Set and no boots besides Sigons.
In some situations this may be better in duels because of the increased attack rate
such as Vs Barbs, but most likely it will be worse against Zons, and Sorcs.
