LCOM choir
The choir of Lutheran Church of the Master, Christmas Eve 2007

Got a voice? Play an instrument? Want to learn handbells? …We Want You!

The Church of the Master Choir is for individuals of high school age through adult. Their repertoire includes a broad spectrum of traditional choral literature, as well as contemporary anthems and service music. The choir's focus is to lead musically in Sunday worship twice a month. Rehearsals are held Wednesday evenings (September-May) from 7:30-8:30pm. Brush-up rehearsals are held at 8:15am the Sundays the choir sings.

The Church of the Master Ringers is the intergenerational handbell choir open to anyone in 5th Grade or older. Kids and adults who are interested in learning more about bells will be given basic music instruction (no previous experience is necessary), learn proper ringing techniques, and prepare simple pieces for worship. The handbell choir will play for Sunday worship every two to three months on an arranged basis. Rehearsals are held Wednesday evenings (September-May) from 6:30-7:30pm.

Occasionally during worship, additional vocalists and instrumentalists are used to enhance the worship experience, either in a solo or ensemble arrangement. We need a list of those who might be interested in singing or playing for a service. Please call or email Heather if you would like to be a soloist or part of an ensemble. Rehearsals are scheduled as needed.
