All you need is an array of shade loving plants and
the know how to properly care for them. Remember areas in your
yard are different. Deep shade is all day shade, part shade is or
half shade which means part shady and part sunny day, and light
shade is like a filtered shade...shadows from trees, spots of
sunlight coming through. All of these areas need moisture, so water
regularily. Check the soil too, if needed add some organic matter,
such as manure, compost, alfalfa meal, kelp, or worm castings. Mulch
to keep the soil from drying out. Weed when necessary.
