Charlie does know my name and the entire story. He was also represented to me as the service manager. As for why I have not provided you my name? As I told you before I am certain you are aware of who I am and my attorney advises me to save the name for the summons you will receive from him.

Charlie does not remember your name, I just spoke with him. Please keep in mind that several hundred people per week pass through our service department. In order to research any individual claim we need a name or VIN number. If you have legal counsel I look forward to hearing from him. Surely, he has explained to you that the vehicle manufacturer is the warranty holder not the dealer. Its rare that claims are turned down. I have never seen that done without a very just cause.
I do find it odd that you refuse to tell me your name or contact me in person.

It is now Tuesday May 6th, 2003 11:45 P.M. I have yet to receive your side of the story for posting on the web site. You are aware of my name, the VIN number of the car and any other information you could possibly need. Charlie Kasnick has all of this information. As for your statement that he is not the service manager, I have his business card, which represents him as service manager. If this is not true then could it be another misleading business practice of your dealership?
You mentioned that several hundred people a week pass through your service department. Are these all owners of Kia's with blown engines?
Can I assume that you do not intend to post your side of the story?
