Pinoy7 Tutorials - wow! This site design is excellent and they offer some of the best PSP, Animation Shop and Flash tutorials. This is such a helpful site!
The Dingbat Pages - if you are looking for some free graphics to experiment with, and alter to your liking, try using dingbat fonts! You can find almost everything imaginable here, from aliens and creatures to florals and holiday-related!
Dizzinz Studio - an amazing site. Includes stationery, wallpaper, PSP stuff, tutorials, icons and SO much more! A definite must see!
Cool Homepages - if you need some inspiration to get your great site design started, check here. You can view hundreds of site examples in categories such as Retro, Very Clean and Experimental. I visit this site sometimes to get some color scheme ideas.
Free Web Templates - if you do not want to do your own site design, but you want something amazing, this is the place to look. They offer hundreds of site designs for free. Some of the best designs I've seen yet!
Best Animations - their title doesn't lie. This site has a superb collection of animated gif's. Over 2,000 to be exact, and they are all seperated into categories so you can find what you need easily.
Lisa's Backgrounds - this is my sister's site. She offers some great seamless tiles and border backgrounds.
