Mexican Lasagna

"Here's one I do occasionally that my mom came up with. It's yummy!!!"
Ingredients
1 pkg 12 corn tortillas 6"
1 can (lg.) enchilada sauce
1 sm. can chopped mild green chiles (mild in my family anyway!)
1 lb cooked ground beef or turkey or whatever
1 pkg shredded cheese, divided in 1/3s
1 cup sour cream - save some for garnish
1 sm can sliced olives (optional)
1-2 cups rice or beans
Directions
Put 3 tbsp sauce in pan (I use those long glass pyrex ones...13x9). Layer
tortilla, meat, cheese, rice, chiles, olives, sour cream, sauce (1/2), using
half of each except cheese. Repeat 2nd layer. Top with tortillas, sauce, cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes until bubbly and melted. Serve with dolop of
sour cream.
