Dessert Pizza

Ingredients
1 pkg. (18 ounces) refrigerated cookie dough
1 pkg. (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar (I mix the sugar with the cream cheese)
Assorted fresh fruits: apple, strawberries, banana, kiwi, blueberries,
etc...
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F. Press sugar cookie dough into a 12" circle on a
13" Baking Stone using lightly floured hands. Bake 10-15 minutes or
until golden brown. Remove from oven and cool for 10 minutes. Loosen
cookie from Stone by sliding a knife between base and stone. Cool
completely. Combine cream cheese and sugar in Classic 2-Qt. Batter
Bowl. Spread mixture over cooled crust. To prepare fruit for topping:
peel, core, slice apple using Apple Peeler/Corer/Slicer. Cut apple
slices in half with Quikut Paring Knife. Slice strawberries and banana
with Egg Slicer Plus. Crinkle-cut kiwi into slices using Garnisher.
Arrange fruit on cream cheese mixture. Chill. Cut into wedges or
squares with Pizza Cutter. Serve with Mini-Serving Spatula.
