1 package (10 oz.) refrigerated pizza crust (Pillsbury)
1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
1 medium garlic clove, pressed
1/2 in. piece ginger root, pressed, OR 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
2 oz. fresh spinach leaves, washed w/ stems removed
1/2 cup water chestnuts, drained and chopped
2 cans (8 oz. each) crushed pineapple, drained
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin orange segments, drained
1 small carrot, peeled and zested
