Baked Corn Casserole

Ingredients
15 oz cream style corn
15 oz whole kernel corn; undrained
8 1/2 oz pkg. Jiffy Cornbread Mix
1 stick margarine; melted
1 egg; beaten
8 oz sour cream
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased 2 qt (use 3 qt for
thinner consistency) casserole. Bake uncovered
at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
NOTE: Green chilies, green onions, cheddar cheese or jalapeno cheese can
be added. (add green onions and green chilies and put cheese between
layers.
