Peachtree Fuzzy Navel Cake

Ingredients
2 cups peaches; fresh or frozen, sliced
1/2 cup DeKuyper Peachtree Schnapps
1/2 cup DeKuyper Triple Sec
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 each lemon rind; grated
1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
3 each eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup powdered sugar
1 each orange rind; grated
whipped cream
Directions
Combine first 7 ingredients, cover, and refrigerate overnight. Next day,
reserve 1/2 cup of liquid. Puree fruit and remaining liquid; set aside.
In medium bowl, beat together peach puree, cake mix, pudding mix, eggs,
and
oil. Beat 3 min at med-high speed. Pour into greased, floured bundt
pan.
Bake at 325F degrees for 60-80 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in
the
center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan and cool
completely on rack. Mix reserved liquid with powdered sugar and orange
rind; drizzle over cooled cake. Garnish with whipped cream and peach
slices.
