Fruit Jewels

Ingredients
2 Pkgs (3oz ea, 2 favorite flavors) jello
1 1/3 cups cold water
1 cup fresh fruit (strawberries cut in 1/2, blueberries, seedless grapes,
or drained pineapple tidbits)
Directions
Empty one pkg of jello into bowl. Pour 2/3 boiling water over and mix
until disolved.
Place a piece of fruit into a mini muffin pan and pour jello over fruit
(fruit will float to top)
Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
