Orange Coconut Coffee Cake

Ingredients
1 yellow cake mix
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup white sugar
coconut
Directions
Bake a yellow cake mix as directed in a 9 x 13 greased and floured pan.
While cake is baking, mix orange juice and sugar.
Remove baked cake from oven and pierce entire top of cake with a fork.
Pour orange juice over cake. Sprinkle with coconut. Return to oven for
10 minutes. After cake has cooled, refrigerate it over night. Serve
cold. Very refreshing!
You can use pineapple/orange juice by Dole or any combination juice like
that for a different flavor.
