Apple Pancake

Ingredients
2/3 C. flour
2/3 C. milk
3 eggs
1/2 C. sugar
2 apples, sliced
4 T. butter
1/2 C. butter
2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions
Slice apples and fry in the 4 tablespoons butter. Mix flour, milk and
eggs; pour over apples. Bake at 500° until it puffs up and turns brown
around the edges, about 10 minutes. Melt the 1/2 cup butter; add sugar
and cinnamon. Pour over the pancake
and bake an additional 5 minutes. Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar. A
wonderful quick dessert!
