Butter Pecan Loaf Cake

Ingredients
18 1/2 oz Butter pecan cake mix
1 pkg. 3 3/4 oz Instant butter pecan pudding mix
1/3 c Pecans; finely chopped
1 c Warm water
1/4 c Oil
1/4 cup applesauce
3 Eggs; slightly beaten or 6 egg whites
1/3 to 1/2 cup butter-brickle chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease two 5x9-inch loaf pans. Combine all
ingredients in a large mixing bowl; mix until smooth. Pour into prepared
pans and bake 45 to 60 minutes. Remove from pans to cool. Freezes well.
Makes 2 loaves.
