Rusty Silver Text
 PSP6
STEP ONE
Open a new 24 bit image large enough to accomodate your text. You may use any background color/texture. Here I am using a purple background (#A892F8) and a size of 200x75.
STEP TWO
Set your foreground color as #8D42DA. Place your text in this color with antalias and floating selected. The font I am using is called DomCasual BT and is size 52. Keep text selected.
STEP THREE
Add noise (Image/Noise/Add...). Set noise at 100% and random. Click OK.
STEP FOUR
Add motion blur (Image/Blur/Motion Blur...). Set angle at 90 and intensity at 40. Click OK.
STEP FIVE
Apply charcoal effect (Image/Effects/Charcoal...). Set detail at 71 and opacity at 100. (You can increase or decrease the detail to your liking.) Click OK.
STEP SIX
Apply Inner Bevel (Image/Effects/Inner Bevel...). Set your light color to gray (#C0C0C0). I set my bevel to round, my width at 25, smoothness at 10, depth at 5, ambience at 0, shininess at 80, angle at 315, intensity at 25, and elevation at 40. Click OK.
STEP SEVEN
Add drop shadow. (Image/Effects/Drop Shadow...). I set my color to black, opacity at 80, blur at 4, vertical/horizontal at 2. Click OK. You're finished and your text is beautiful!!
