Easy Golden Text

STEP ONE
Open a new 24 bit image large enough to accomodate your text. You may use any background color/texture. Here I am using a dark red background (#800000) and a size of 180x75.
STEP TWO
Place your text using a light yellow (#FFFFC0). I am using a font called Staccato222 BT and a size of 48. Keep text selected.
STEP THREE
Add inner bevel (Image/Effects/Inner Bevel...). Set your light color at a yellow-orange (#FEE3B4). I have my bevel set at round, width at 25, smoothness at 10, depth at 5, ambience at 0, shininess at 80, angle at 315, intensity at 25, elevation at 40. Click OK.
STEP THREE
Add a drop shadow (Image/Effects/Drop Shadow...) and de-select. Beautiful golden text, and simple to create!
