~First Look~

From the first look, I knew you were the one
The one I'd love forever, with all my heart
One glance told me, of feelings bright and new
And a warm glow, flooded my empty soul
Filling me with such joy, never felt before



A vision of loveliness, was there before my eyes
As if sent by Heaven, for me to give my love
Never before, had my eyes witnessed such beauty
Flowing through my senses, like wine over lips
Causing a tear of joy, to roll slowly down my face



Your first look to me, reflected love in your eyes
And in that moment, the universe was mine
My dreams of love, had found their home at last
Nestled deep, within your tender loving heart
Making each look we share, as our first look of love.
