Artillery. Goose Bay, Alaska 1978. Notice that he does not have an ARADCOM
(Army Air Defense Command) patch on the uniform. ARADCOM was deactivated
in 1974 with the closing of all Nike sites in the US except for Alaska
and Florida. 1/43 was assigned to the 172nd Infantry Brigade and was protecting
