Summary: Tony/Stan accomplish their first line of revenge..to John; Kate catches Belle and Shawn alone together; Hope makes a decision about Billie staying or not; and Philip is on his mission.

BELLE & SHAWN... Belle tells Shawn she won't be unfaithful to Philip while he's risking his life for his country. Shawn says it's only dinner, but she's worried people will tell Philip they were together. He leaves as she doesn't want to even be alone with him and he agrees, saying at least Jan won't be there when he goes home. She's out of his life now. He has some flashbacks of what happened with Jan, but they don't make sense. He notices Belle's wearing her wedding ring still and she says she doesn't feel right taking it off until Philip knows it's over between them. He gets a bad headache and slowly makes for the door to go home. Of course she insists he sit down he sit down on the couch. She figures he hadn't eaten all day and he realizes that's true..so she spoon feeds him some lasagna and accidentally spills the whole container on his lap (ouch). She insists he drop his drawers so she can rinse them out and smiling, he happily obliges. She brings out one of Philip's robes for him to wear (he lives across the hall, he could have walked over for another pair of jeans). Kate knocks on the door and Belle answers it. She walks in to find Shawn in Philip's robe and asks what the hell is going on. Belle tells Kate about the sauce spill, but Kate sees the candle light and table and she explodes with fury about how Shawn's trying to take advantage of Philip's absence. Belle breaks down and tells Kate they were all wrong about Shawn. He's not a drunk or an addict and Jan did whatever was wrong with him and manipulated her into marrying Philip. Kate knows Belle wasn't forced to marry Philip and Belle admits she was wrong to do that and is sorry. She says she and Shawn won't do anything until she's told Philip it's over. Kate turns to Shawn and says Philip was his best friend and Belle's husband tells them if Philip's hurt or killed after hearing that news over there, it's on their heads.

ON THE FRONT....Philip got a cut on his arm but insists the medic just bandage it, he's not going back. He wants to finish this mission and go home to his wife. (I'm guessing most of the guys over there feel that way Philip) Jake tells Philip he needs stitches and the mission's OVER but Philip refuses to give up and doesn't want to disappoint Belle, mentally picturing them in bed together as Belle notices he was hurt and snuggles up to him, never wanting him to let her go. Back to the front, Philip shows Jake the map where the mercenary's are. Jake tells him it's suicide to try and get past the opposition's stronghold and Philip insists he go alone.

AT THE PENTHOUSE...As they snuggle in bed together, John tells Kate he couldn't get off the drugs without her help. As they stroke each other's faces, he hopes she didn't get the wrong idea about his request about spending the night with him. They both admit still mourning Roman and Marlena. She's thankful Philip has a loving wife like Belle to come home to. She assures him she's not going anywhere and for him to get some rest. Later Kate notices her cellphone is on silent ring and blinking. She answers it to get Tony and his muffled voice, telling her that Belle is cheating on her son with Shawn. He hangs up, telling Bart Phase 2 has begun. Kate can't believe Belle would do that to Philip and seeing John's sound asleep, figures she can slip out and back without his noticing. Stan slips into John's room after Kate leaves and shuts the door noisily. John wakes up and asks him who he is and Stan replies...the answer to your prayers. Stan (Sami) taunts John with the drugs and says Kate's not there when John needs her. John refuses them and gets up and physically assaults Stan/Sami. Stan panics, worried that John will kill him/her and gets a lucky punch that sends John to the floor in pain. Stan enjoys seeing John suffer and leaves the pain relieving pills for him to take and leaves.

AT BO'S NEST OF CURRENT AND EX-WIVES... Hope interrupts Billie and Bo's anniversary discussion and learns Billie might not be leaving as she had thought. Bo tells Billie his butt's on the line too being he vouched for her. He talks with Hope (now wearing a jacket over her dress) in the kitchen as she gives him Hell about overhearing him reminiscing about it being their anniversary. Walls are paper thin as Billie overhears him telling Hope the only anniversary he cares about is his and hers. We return to the discussion as Hope cocks her eyebrow when Bo says he knows she wouldn't want Billie to go to jail. She responds that she'd hate to ruin his and Billie's anniversary. Billie walks in and tells Hope she's making a big mistake...oops..there goes that eyebrow again (wish I could do that!) and asks to finish the private conversation with her husband. Billie walks out hoping her ears don't burn. Hope asks Bo if he was thinking about her or Billie when he bought that dress as she rarely wears seafoam green. Bo bluntly tells Hope she knows he doesn't have any feelings for Billie and Billie processes that data. He tells Hope the decision is up to her, but it'll only be for a couple of days if Billie stays. Hope agrees she doesn't have a choice and it's only for a couple days tops. He mentions taking up their evening where it had left off and she tells him “in your dreams buddy”).

SAMI/STAN...Sami flashes back to her transformation to Stan (which ironically aired the day before Ali Sweeney (Sami) had her baby boy (Benjamin) in real life...congratulations again Ali & Dave!) Tony calls with his voice synthesizer to learn Sami's now Stan and for her/him to follow his instructions sent in his letter. Crying, she refers to the caller as being insane and pure evil, saying there's no way he can do what's in the letter. Tony has Sami look in the makeup box the guy left and she finds a bag of pills meant for John. Tony says let the payback begin. Bart tells Tony what a genius he is and won't even get caught for all that Sami's done.

After her mission, Sami/Stan returns home, telling herself John deserved what he gets and won't even know she's responsible for it. She takes the voice changer out of her mouth and thinks those thoughts (can't she still think in Sami's voice without doing so?)

Tony sits in front of a fire smoking a cigar and saying Sami's out for revenge and he's out for blood...Salem's worst nightmare....

John's crawling on the floor calling for Kate, saying he needs her to help him...

Hope to Bo: I'm sorry, I can't do this with your ex-wife in the next room Bo.

Shawn to Belle: I don't care what Kate says, we have to move on with our lives, otherwise we'll all just end up miserable

AT THE HOSPITAL Mimi is in a wheel chair, about to go into the O.R. for her laparoscopy procedure (boy, thought everyone got taken in on a table/gurney….hmmm). Bonnie arrives, is very worried. The doctor assures Mimi she will be given anesthetic. Mimi is pushed in the O.R., as outside Rex is comforting Bonnie, who is blaming herself, saying she was not a good mom, has given Mimi bad advice. Meanwhile, Mimi is dreaming about delivering twins. The doctor & nurse talk of scarring and inflamed tissue, and say they were afraid of what they are finding. Outside, Bonnie is running off at the mouth, almost lets slip about the abortion, but covers. Later, Mimi is wheeled out, back in her chair, murmuring about her twins. The doctor tells her she has bad news.

OVERSEAS, AMIDST LOTS OF GUNFIRE Philip decides to go it alone, telling his fellow Marines to stay put, but to cover for him, as he attempts to get to the object of their mission. His friend warns him against being captured, as their foes will not honor the Geneva Convention. Philip goes off, there is lots of gunfire in the darkness, & Philip goes down. But he manages to retrieve his radio, calls his buddies to cover him, as he is under heavy enemy fire, & refuses to abort the mission. Suddently, he is confronted by mercenaries, with covered faces, & told to “Freeze”. (Wow, they speak perfect English!) They attack Philip and he goes down.

HOPE & BO continue to discuss Billie in the kitchen, and once again Billie interrupts them, saying it is late and if she has to call a hotel……..Bo tells her the guest room is all hers and she leaves. Bo tries to make amends, but Hope is no longer in the same romantic mood she was earlier. Billie watches them from the stairs, telling herself she would never come between them, but if Hope continues to drive Bo away, she is going to be there.
In the guest room, Billie sees a wedding picture of Bo & Hope….and imagines herself in that picture w/Bo, and then begins a long fantasy of celebrating her anniversaries w/Bo, with the fantasy even including Georgia (she calls out to Georgia, but Bo says she is not home, he made sure they would be all alone). Billie’s fantasy includes various declarations of love from Bo, etc. etc. (And no mention of Shawn, who was born before Bo ever met Billie).
Meanwhile Bo is trying to recapture the moment with Hope, turns on some music, they dance a bit, but Hope stops, just cannot go on. She talks about not trusting Billie, and tho she understands, she just hates having Billie in the house. Billie hears them coming upstairs, opens her door to spy on them. Bo is carrying Hope into their room. As Hope begins to unbutton Bo’s shirt, she has a memory of seeing Billie & Bo naked in the bathroom, and just cannot go on. Later they are in bed, with Hope having a hard time having Billie in the next room. Bo says he cannot sleep, goes downstairs. Hope jumps up, wrapped in a sheet, opens the door, calling out Bo’s name. And down the hall comes Billie with a towel/turban on her head. She looks at Hope, then smirks, and I do mean smirks her way back to her room.

JOHN IS MOANING on the floor, remembering Stan/Sami giving him the pills, opens the package, fingering one. He keeps calling for Kate, who is not there, and wonders how the “drug pusher” got into his apt. (Aren’t we all wondering about that? Since when did Sami have the security code?) He manages to get himself to bed, just as Kate returns, & hides the pills under the pillow. Kate goes to fluff them for him (Oh, GMAB!!) & asks what is this, but she pulls out a rosary! John claims he was praying for help to resist the drugs, & asks for a glass of water. When Kate leaves, he puts the bag of pills into the nightstand drawer. Kate returns with the water, and tells John about visiting Belle, but only about Philip’s special mission that will bring him home early. John lets her know that if he is to be briefed in Washington first, the mission is very, very dangerous.

AT BELLE’S APT Kate is ranting and raving at Belle & Shawn (boy, talk about the pot calling the kettle black!), throwing a big guilt trip on them both. She almost tells Belle about John’s drug habit, but stops short, just mentioning his back pain. Shawn leaves, Belle tells Kate she loves Shawn, made a mistake marrying Philip, will tell him in person when he returns, filling Kate in on the mission that will get Phil home earlier than expected. Kate warns Belle that if she leaves Philip for Shawn, they both will pay a very heavy price. (the woman is truly unbearable). Kate leaves, Shawn returns (looks really good with his hair cut now) and tries to comfort Belle. She calls the hospital for news of Mimi, who is still in O.R. Belle opens the window, looking out. Shawn comes up behind her, and both agree to put their relationship on hold – for Philip’s sake. Freeze frame on Philip’s face in combat uniform along side Belle & Shawn together. ……..and the previews roll……

Shawn tells Belle that “he’ll find a way out of it” (am sure he means Philip)

Summary: Mimi gets bad news…Philip deals with his captors, as Belle deals with guilt…Abby and Jennifer have a run-in…as Jack works to make his way back home.

AT THE LOFT…Jan is sneaking around looking in the window. She talks to Kewpie and asks for advice. She is determined to put a guilt trip on Belle. Inside, Shawn has flashbacks of promising Belle to put their relationship on hold. Upstairs, Belle is taking a shower, thinking about kissing Shawn. Shawn goes over to the computer, saying there must be a way to let Philip know what is going on. While in the shower, Belle is startled and sees a vision of Philip, who damns her for going behind his back with Shawn. She puts her hand on his chest and when she removes it, there is blood all over it. Shawn writes an email to Philip, (signing Belle’s name) asking him to call her immediately, but stops before sending it. Jan shows up and comes on strong to him. He tells her he keeps having flashes of a cage and handcuffs and is determine to remember what she did to him. She says she is going to give him one more chance to change his mind and lays on the guilt for cheating with his friend’s wife. They hear Belle scream and Shawn takes off upstairs. She sees the email and hits “send”, sure that will cause trouble between then. Shawn gets to Belle, who is shaken, after Philip tells her that SHE did this to him and then vanishes. She tells Shawn about her vision and starts crying. He tries to assure her that it was just a dream, but she can’t get over it. Jan tells Kewpie that it is over for Shawn and Belle when Belle finds out. She hears them coming downstairs and rushes out into the hallway. Belle goes over to the desk and looks a Philip’s picture, then sees her computer, asking Shawn HOW could he do this?

Meanwhile, Philip is taken prisoner, telling his captors he has no info and they knock him out. He dreams of Belle, who tells him that he needs to activate his distress beacon to let his comrades know he is in danger. He can’t reach it but she tells him not to give up, it is the only way he can survive and then she vanishes. Philip struggles with one of his captors and overtakes him. As he activates the beacon and tries to leave, the other one rushes in and shoots him.

AT THE HOSPITAL…Mimi is dreaming of the doctor telling her she has bad news and wakes up. Rex asks what is going on as a groggy Mimi asks them what the bad news was. It seems she passed out before the doctor told her. The doctor comes in and tells them that she has some kind of pelvic inflammatory disease and that her fallopian tubes are damaged and she will be in pain for a while until the infection is healed. She asks to talk to Mimi in private and asks Rex to step outside. She tells Bonnie and Mimi that the infection was caused by the abortion. The doctor is called way but tells Mimi to rest. Mimi beats herself up but Bonnie tells her it was all HER fault for giving her bad advice, claiming she only wanted the best for her. She begs Mimi to forgive her, but Mimi says there is no one to blame but herself. The doctor returns as Bonnie asks for the brighter side and talks about Mimi having kids someday. The doctor is non-responsive as Bonnie asks if she will be able to have children. The doctor says she is sorry as Mimi starts screaming and Rex rushes in asking what is wrong. Mimi only cries, saying she is sorry. In the hallway, the doctor tells Bonnie that even IF Mimi were able to conceive, she could never carry the baby to term as Bonnie cries. In the room, Mimi tells Rex that she can never have his children and it is all her fault.

AT THE DEVERAUX HOUSE…Abby and Chelsea come home as Jen goes to make them popcorn. They are up to no good as (with Chelsea urging her on) Abby changes the grades on her report card. They head upstairs as Patrick comes in (with Chelsea drooling). Jen returns and finds the report card as she goes through the mail. She opens it and says it can’t be right. But she is thrilled that Abby has pulled up her grades. Jen and Chelsea go to the kitchen to get their popcorn as Jen talks to Patrick about how well Abby is doing. She finds another letter from the school…this one from the guidance counselor, about how Abby is NOT doing so well and her grades dropping. Jen reexamines the report card and sees that Abby changed the grades and calls for her to get in there and explain. She lays into Abby, asking Patrick and Chelsea to leave them alone. They go to the kitchen as Patrick offers to make them some tea. Chelsea offers to get the tea bags and gets on a chair. At just the right moment, she pretends to fall and of course Patrick catches her. Meanwhile, Jen demands an explanation as Abby says she must just be dumb. Jen tells her that changing her grades was the dumb part and lectures her about how she will never get into college. She says that she tried things like that, but could never fool Gram and that if she had not stayed on her, she would have never gotten into college or met Jack. Jen offers to get Abby a tutor, but she grabs the report card and rips it up, saying Jen is treating her like a child. Abby rushes into the kitchen and gets Chelsea, telling her they are out of there. But outside, Chelsea convinces her to go back in apologize and get it over with. Jen complains to Patrick about how hard it is to raise kids as he encourages her to forgive Abby. She says she doesn’t know how she will do it without 2 parents…and when it comes to boys, she knows nothing. She doesn’t know what she is going to do with Jack, Jr. Patrick tells her he is no Jack, but he is there and will help her. They hug just as Abby and Chelsea walk in, upsetting Chelsea. She wonders what Patrick wants with HER…she is old.

ON THE SHIP…Jack remembers talking to some guy about getting a passport. The ship lurches and he asks some woman what is going on and she tells him they are reaching their destination. He is thrilled and begins to celebrate…as we see a hooded figure watching him. He fantasizes about going home to his family as he washes his face, saying Tony DiMera is done controlling him. He seems the guy lurking in the shadows and demands to know what he is up to. The guy says he is a friend and is going to help him get his passport. He demands all the money Jack has and after Jack hands it over, he looks at the passport and it is (I think he says) for a 60 year old woman. The guy takes off and Jack chases him. The guy pulls a knife on him and as Jack is reasoning with him, the ship lurches again and Jack falls through a door, screaming…as the previews show…

Jen (to Patrick): How long do you plan on staying in Salem?…Patrick: How long would you like me to?…

Shawn (to Belle): Why bother putting our relationship on hold…when it seems like it’s already over?…

Tony: Once all the pieces fall into place, everything will be revealed…

Mimi (to Bonnie): I ruined our baby’s future…I ruined Rex’s future…I can’t lose him…(as he rushes in)…

And the credits roll…

Summary: Tony has a new guest, Mimi's friends and mom try to comfort her, Philip goes MIA, and Jack returns home...FINALLY!

TONY tells Bart to prepare for a new guest.

BELLE is furious that Shawn sent that email to Philip as Jan gloats to herself watching from outside. Shawn clarifies he did write the email, but didn't send it, Jan must have. Impatient Shawn can't understand why she wants to wait to tell Philip in person. Belle believes Jan sent the email he composed, but can't understand his own logic of not wanting to hurt Jan's feelings..the person who broke them up in the first place, yet have her do this to Philip, his best friend. Rex calls Belle and tells her Mimi came out of surgery okay, but the news isn't good and asks her to come over. Belle rushes up to change as Jan plans to use her time to her own advantage.

IN THE WAR ZONE, they're frantically trying to find PFC Kiriakis. We see his captor squash his flashing red beacon and the signal is lost (contract negotiation time?) The head guy orders a search and rescue team be deployed. Jake finds the broken beacon and wonders where Philip is, thinking he's either dead or a POW. We see Philip on a gurney as his guard covers his face with a sheet. Later Philip uncovers the sheet and sees a ghost of Belle telling him to stay focused and sharp. His guard reported how Kiriakis is a fighter and almost killed one of their men. Tony walks up to the door the guard walks out of. He tells the door things will get much worse.

MIMI tells Rex she will not be able to conceive and have his children. Holding her in his arms to comfort her, he tells her it's not her fault. Bonnie rushes in and Mimi tells both of them in sobs that she's being punished. The doctor suggests a sedative and asks them to leave as Rex wonders what's up.

Bonnie cries outside Mimi's room. She knows how much Mimi has always wanted children. Bonnie looks up and asks God to help Mimi through this and if Mimi has to blame anyone, let her blame her. The doctor comes out and stops Bonnie from going in, saying Mimi needs to rest. Later she tries to comfort Mimi and suggests adoption or being a foster mom. Mimi asked how her mom knew all this and Bonnie said Mickey asked her to volunteer at the free clinic. (maybe that'll explain Bonnie's more conservative dress and mannerisms?) Mimi wishes she had thought about adoption when she was pregnant. Belle arrives and goes in to comfort Mimi. Jan also shows up, now in a black dress and earrings, to ask Rex how her friend Mimi is. Shawn asks what the hell she's doing there. Jan tells Shawn and Rex she could have prevented Mimi from letting this happen. The doctor comes in to check Mimi's vitals and says she can go home if all's okay. Bonnie refers to Mimi as baby and Mimi asks her not to call her that. Bonnie apologizes and understands. Mimi cries saying she's ruined hers and Rex's future. He walks in saying she didn't. He tells her they can adopt and to stop punishing herself. It's not like she did something to make this happen.

Belle pulls Jan aside and Jan enjoys digging into Belle about shacking up with Shawn. Belle pictures her and Shawn, arm in arm, next to Philip's open coffin as Philip looks up and accuses her of cheating on him. Belle tells Jan she and Shawn aren't cheating on Philip, but Jan accomplished her goal in Belle's mind set. Belle walks away and tells Shawn to stay away from her as she storms out.

JACK...apparently jumped ship and swam to shore as he wrings out his shirt. He swam up to a spot 10 ft. from a pay phone (amazing!) and tries to call Jen collect, but needs a quarter to do so, LOL! Slamming down the phone he sees a sign saying he's only 100 miles from Salem and decides to walk there. He puts his shirt back on and freezing, hitchhikes. A bald man named Smitty stops for him and asks where he's going. Jack tells him Salem, to the only woman he loves.

ABBY AND CHELSEA chat outside on a park bench (brrrr..). Chelsea tells Abby her dad is dead and to give it up. Her mom can go after whomever she wants, just not HER Patrick. She freshens her lipstick and wants her first time to be with a real man, Patrick. Abby mentions Jack Jr. is not technically a “junior” as his middle name is Patrick. Chelsea is upset as she feels Jen will use the baby to keep Patrick. Abby agrees to help Chelsea as she doesn't want Patrick in her mom's bed. They walk away just as Jack arrives at their bench (below) and finds a quarter and a phone to make the call from, saying it's serendipity.

JACK AND SMITTY...arrive in Salem as Jack points out Salem University Hospital (wow, if only their nights moved THAT fast, LOL!) Jack shakes Smitty's hand and thanks him for bringing him home. He calls (see above) and leaves a message for Jennifer saying he's still alive and around the corner. He'll see her soon. Arriving home, he talks to his trees, his bush, his mailbox, LOL, feeling like Jimmy Stewart in A Wonderful Life as he watches Jennifer inside on the couch. He reaches for the door to open it ...

JEN AND PATRICK continue their talk by the roaring fire (doesn't ANYONE in Salem watch tv at night...especially when they have babies that sleep 23 hours a day?) She tells the tank top clad Patrick that she appreciates him being her son's godfather, but he has a life to lead and not to worry, she has family to be there for her and the kids. When she mentions Bo will be Jack Jrs role model, he scoffs at that. She tells him family is everything to Bo. Her heart goes out to Lucas. She tells Patrick she feels like he's her nanny and he jokes the manly version of that is manny. She reminds him how he's always been on the road and how long will he be in Salem? He asks her how long she wants him to be. Looking Jen in the eyes, he says he knows one day she'll fall in love and marry again..she's too loving and beautiful to be alone. She tells him how she loved Jack with all her heart and if he'd been in love like that, he understand how she feels. He says he was once, but she wasn't available and he left their love to fate. He admits there were other women, just not the right one. She drops something and they both get on their knees to get it and come face to face. He takes his water bottle and heads off for his run Jen notices he forgot his keys. She runs out the door and of course, the phone rings. We see Jen looking at Jack's picture as a reflection of his face is on the glass. She says...it can't be true and faints. Jack (who's on the other side of where the reflection came from?) catches her and kisses her forehead...as the previews roll...

Tony: John Black will succumb to his temptation and his eventual demise...and I'm just getting warmed up

Jan to Mimi: Rex will lose the chance of having his own family because the woman he loves is a liar...In tears, Mimi shouts for Jan to SHUT UP, SHUT BEFORE I KILL YOU!

Belle answers the phone to hear that her husband Philip has been reported missing in action (they CALL and tell you that?)

Summary: Mimi returns home, only to be tortured some more by Jan…While Philip is being interrogated, Belle makes the decision to send him the “dear John” email…Jack and Jen reunite and he fills her in on her ordeal…John is having another rough night.

AT THE PENTHOUSE…Kate is in bed with John but neither of them are having a good sleep. She is tossing and turning as he moans and groans. Both wake up and she offers to get him some warm milk or tea. He has flashbacks of the drugs that ‘Stan’ left and tells her he would rather have a hot shower. But she hears a crash from the bathroom and rushes in there. I think he fell through the shower door. She helps him back to bed and when she leaves the room, he is trying to get to the bag of ‘goodies’. She returns later with Lexie, who wants to admit him to the hospital. He refuses, so she examines him there. He has no new injuries, but she thinks he may have aggravated his spinal injury. He still refuses to go to the hospital. Kate walks Lexie out as Lexie tells her she is worried about Kate as well. She asks her about Lucas & Sami’s wedding being called off but Kate tells her she is more worried about Philip being on a dangerous mission. She goes on to tell her that she fears if he makes it home alive, what is waiting on him will destroy him. Meanwhile, John is talking to Marlena, wishing she were there to help him get through this. Lexie is shocked (but not really surprised) to learn about Shawn and Belle still being in love and can’t believe she married Philip before realizing it. Lexie says that if they ARE in love, there is nothing anyone can do to except to support Philip when he gets home. After she leaves, Kate says that Shawn and Belle will never be together…and that he will pay for doing this to her son.

AT REX’S AND MIMI’S…they return (she is discharged in the middle of the night?) home as Mimi is all down and out over the news. Jan is there waiting on them and starts taunting Mimi immediately. Rex threatens to shut her up and says it is not his policy to hit a girl, but in her case…he will make an exception (LOL). But Jan goes on to talk about Mimi’s secret as Rex tells her he doesn’t want to hear it. He reminds her that Shawn dumped her and they do NOT have a relationship. Mimi asks Rex to do her a favor as he asks “What, throw Jan down the fire escape?” (LOL). But no, she wants him to go get her prescription filled (I guess Salem has a 24 hour pharmacy). As soon as he is out the door, Jan starts torturing her about the abortion and the results. Mimi screams at her to shut up before she kills her. But Jan keeps on as Mimi asks WHAT does she have to do to get her off her back. Jan tells her she must help her get Shawn back, but Mimi says get a clue…that is NOT going to happen. Mimi tells her to just leave her alone…go to hell. Jan threatens to tell Rex everything…just as he walks in the door. She tells him that Mimi has been lying to him for a long time and she has proof.

AT THE DEVERAUX HOUSE…The replay is a little different as Jen is holding Jack’s picture talking to him, telling him how much she loves him and sees his reflection. She falls over as he catches her, but this time she doesn’t pass out. He kisses her as he tries to explain that he is alive. He plays the message he left on her phone a few minutes earlier as he holds her and kisses her, saying he is alive and will never leave her again. He can’t wait to see Abby and the baby, but she explains that Abby is at her friend Chelsea’s and that Jack is with Julie (whatsupwithat?) She wants more info, but he spots a picture of her, the kids and Patrick and gets jealous/upset. She explains that there is nothing between them and he tells her he was having nightmares of Patrick taking over his family. She assures him that HE is the only man she loves. Jack says he must call John, Abe and Bo and tell them what is going no. But Jen stops him, telling him about John’s problems, Abe’s going blind and Bo’s search for his long lost daughter. He tells her that Tony is alive and behind it all and she is stunned. He tells her that isn’t all…she won’t believe the rest. When it comes back to them, I think he has already filled her in because she is having a hard time believing it all. He tells her he knows for sure that Cassie is alive and is positive the rest of them are as well. He says he needs to call the ISA but Jen has a better idea. Later, she is on the phone with Alice, thanking her for her help. She explains that Alice is going to call Agent Spector because they are like this (as she holds 2 fingers up close together) HUH???. She says that he will believe Alice. Jack says he needs to do something. Jen says he is…he is reuniting with his wife and she is going to show him just how much she loves him and has missed him…as they kiss.

IN TONY’S PRISON SOMEWHERE…Philip is being interrogated as Bart and Tony watch through a 2-way glass. Bart is in a ditter because their people can’t find Jack and is afraid he will ruin everything if he tells. But Tony says he isn’t worried about him. Bart runs down all the little plots going on as Tony says he is especially proud of Sami/Stan and says he is just getting warmed up. One of the guys torturing Philip reports and says that they are getting nothing out of him and Tony tells them to remind him of his new wife at home. But Bart is still worried that if Jack gets home and tells what he knows, the Phoenix II will never rise again. But Tony talks about John’s drug abuse. They guys continue to rough up Philip and pull out a video camera for him to make a tape and say his last words to Belle. Tony tells Bart as soon as they find Jack, they are to bring him directly back to the castle..they must keep him quiet. Bart asks what if it is too late. Tony says he has come too far for Jack to ruin his plan. Philip makes his tape, talking to Kate first, telling her that he loves her and to be strong if he dies. Then he talks to Belle and says his goodbyes. He talks about how much he loves her. Even though their time together was short, he will take the memories with him to his grave and he will always love her and she will be in his heart forever.

SHAWN IS WITH BELLE…Apparently, she ran out of the hospital and he followed her to the park. She cries on his shoulder as he consoles her, but her guilt is eating her alive. She is upset, saying they have no right to be happy as he holds her and they leave. Later they are at the loft as she has calmed down a bit. She tells him that they cannot be together while Philip is gone, but Shawn thinks the sooner they tell him the better. Even though she wants to wait and tell him in person, Shawn tells her that life is precious and they are wasting time. He finally convinces her to write the email. As she types, she looks over and imagines that she is talking to him in person. She tells him that they made a mistake by getting married and that she still loves Shawn…Philip deserves better. Crying she says she is sorry to end the marriage…as Philip vanishes. Shawn assures her it is for the best. She goes to hit the “send” button just as the phone rings. It is Philip’s commanding officer who informs her that as of 0400 hours, her husband is officially Missing In Action. She breaks down crying as the previews show…

Kate (to John): We have both lost so much…it’s not fair. (John): We should move on (Kate): Do you mean together?…

Hope (to Bo): I don’t think she even exists. (Billie, barging in): It’s a lie…You may have taken Bo away before, but I won’t let you take away our daughter…

Belle (to Shawn, with Jan in the background): You didn’t send him that email telling him we were together did you? Tell me you didn’t send it…

Summary: Belle doesn’t handle the news of Philip’s missing very well…but for Jan, it’s a windfall…Jack and Jen continue their reunion (or so it seems?)…Kate continues to comfort John…Bo and Hope have yet another argument (can you guess over what?)

AT THE DEVERAUX HOUSE…Jack and Jen are kissing, talking about his being alive, with her feeling guilty. He tells her not to worry, he is alive and well and back home now. They talk about the possibility of others left behind. He tells her that Cassie is the only one he is sure about, but thinks others were being held there as well. Jack thinks that calling Alice maybe wasn’t the best thing to do (ya think?) and wants to call the ISA, but Jen stops him (okay…what is wrong with this picture?). She tells him that she wants time alone with him…sorry she is being so selfish. She asks him how he got home and he makes a joke about never doing laundry again. They hug as she says she never wants to let go of him. He wants to go and get the kids but she convinces him it is late and that can wait until morning. She wants him all to herself tonight. She talks about how much she missed him as they fall to the floor kissing. Later she talks about how incredible if all of them get back home…but how strange that life has moved on for them and how shocked Victor will be to see Brady and Nicole together. Jack is happy Jen stayed faithful to him and asks if Patrick made any passes at her. She says no…but he was a great friend…and that is all. Jack says now that he is back, there is no need for Patrick being there, but Jen defends him. Jen suggests they enjoy their evening alone and goes to get Jack’s coat. She wants to take him somewhere special…she wants to make this a night he will never forget.

AT THE LOFT…Rex walks in as Jan is threatening Mimi and asks what she is talking about. Jan says Mimi has been lying ot him and he wants her to prove it. But before she can say more, they hear Belle scream. She just got the news about Philip MIA and is hysterical as Shawn tries to find out what is wrong. She finally gets it out and blames herself. Mimi, Rex and Jan come rushing over and Shawn tells them the news. She yells at Shawn not to touch her as he tries to comfort her. Belle asks if he sent that email and says it’s all their fault that Philip is hurt or dead. Mimi and Rex wish they could help as Mimi says they all need some good news. They talk about how sick they all are of Jan and wish she would leave (toss her out then). Shawn tells Belle to stop blaming herself, they did nothing wrong. But Jan plays it for all it’s worth, rubbing salt in the wound, telling Belle if Philip is dead, it’s her fault. They all tell Jan to shut up (again, toss her out) but she keeps on, calling Belle a two-timing slut. Rex and Shawn go to check the web to see if they can find any news as Jan continues to blame Belle. Mimi tries to console Belle as Jan chimes in, calling them both liars…and they are perfect best friends. Mimi yells at Jan to get the hell out (once again, toss her out). Rex and Shawn find nothing out as Shawn tries to explain to him that nothing happened between him and Belle. Rex tells him that if Philip is dead, Belle will blame herself and he will NEVER have her. Belle comes in, telling them that she has something she must do…if she can as Jan continues to torment Mimi about her lies.

AT THE PENTHOUSE…John is still having a rough night as Kate tries to comfort him. She tells him that Lexie wishes there was something she could do for the pain, but John is determined to beat this. Kate worries about Philip, Lucas and Billie. She goes to get him a heating pad as John remembers his visit from “Stan” and takes out the bag of pills. But when Kate returns, he hides them. John tells her that he can’t get Doc off his mind and that she is coming back to him and blames himself for her and Roman’s deaths. Kate assures him it wasn’t his fault and admits she still loves Roman. She tells him she put his house up for sale…she couldn’t live there. And John tells her that Doc’s clothes are still in the closets. He says it is comforting to him, but Kate’s being there is also comforting…he knows that Doc would be grateful for her taking care of him. Kate says they have both lost so much…it isn’t fair. John says maybe it is time for them to move on and she asks if he means with each other. John says neither of them are ready for that yet. Belle and Shawn arrive at the front door and Kate verbally attacks them upon sight. Then Belle tells her that Philip is MIA as Kate breaks down.

AT THE BRADY HOUSE…Bo joins Hope in the bedroom, apologizing for ruining their evening, but Hope blames Billie. But Bo defends Billie (yet again) and says it is only for a couple of days. In the hallway, Billie overhears them as Hope is saying that Georgia may not even exist. Billie barges in declaring that Georgia IS alive and demanding that Hope stop trying to convince Bo she isn’t. Hope bristles and tells her to leave, but Billie refuses and verbally attacks Hope accusing her of wishing Georgia dead. Hope denies it and points out that she thinks it is a DiMera plot and there is no proof that she is alive. Billie also reminds her the DiMeras convinced Bo (at one time) that Hope was dead…and that Marlena was a killer…anything is possible. Hope says that the info Billie has could have been planted…all in a plot to break up her and Bo. Billie calls her paranoid and says it is NOT all about her…and then flounces out of the room. (Hope needs to throw her OUT). Hope jumps Bo for taking Billie’s side…yet again…as Bo says he must find out the truth and if Georgia is alive, he must find her. She reminds him he has other priorities…including her and their sons. They continue to argue as Bo storms off, leaving her in tears. Bo goes downstairs (where Billie is boo-hooing about Georgia) and asks if she is okay. She gets a call with someone telling her that their daughter IS alive and if they want proof, look outside the front door. They find a package and bring it inside. Hope walks up as they open it to find a box with a baggie with hair in it (labeled Georgia Brady and the date). Encouraged, Billie says they will have it tested. Bo says if it is hers, they are one step closer to find her and bringing her home…as the previews show… Hope (to Lexie): Every time I turn around, Billie is there…she will do anything and everything to keep Bo in her life forever…

Billie (to Bo): You’re in denial about hope….if it were up to her, we’d never get our daughter back…

Chelsea (to Patrick): Great song…you wanna dance?…

Jack (to Jen): Proof that Lockhart is no damned good…

Kate (to Shawn): And If you think for one minute…because Philip is missing…I am going to make sure you are NEVER with Belle…

Jack & Jennifer enjoy a night at the Horton cabin, while Chelsea pursues Patrick at the Cheatin’ Heart, Bo & Billie get DNA tests, & Belle tells John about her marriage to Philip being a mistake.

AT THE HORTON CABIN, Jack is looking around the candle lit room, admiring a picture of him, Jen & Abby, as Jennifer comes into the room. He then admires a picture of Jack, Jr. (how convenient those framed photos are at the cabin, huh?) as Jen again talks of Abby being at Chelsea’s, & the baby with Doug & Julie. (wonder why D&J have Jen’s baby, she certainly wasn’t planning on going out earlier….hmmm). They kiss, & sit in front of the fire. Jack is obviously very happy to be home, and chatters on about the family, etc. Jen talks about Abby being the rebellious teen, & claims Chelsea is a good influence on her. She thinks Abby has all this anger because her dad was no longer there. They kiss…and Jen asks him to make love to her. Later, as they bask in the afterglow, they talk of “tomorrow”, when Jack hopes the ISA will have Tony under arrest, and the captives released. Jen hopes John & Marlena, Kate & Roman, will all be reunited, & that perhaps Billie will find Georgia, and not interfere with Bo & Hope’s marriage. Jack questions her remarks about Billie, but Jen says Billie is a friend of hers, and Jack’s too, and that she did have Billie staying with her. When Jack asks why not now, Jen explains about Billie getting drunk and causing a commotion at the Cheatin’ Heart. Jack says that Billie doesn’t drink, Jen mentions Patrick buying her one…and to Jack, it is more proof that Patrick is up to no good. They roast marshmallows, drink champagne, and once more kiss in front of the fire.

CHELSEA SHOWS ABBY all the sexy clothes & makeup she bought in order to seduce Patrick, telling her tonite is the night. Her mother calls up to them, saying it is bedtime, girls. Chelsea stalls her mom, and shows Abby all kinds of articles about dressing to make out. She calls the Cheatin Heart to see if Patrick is there (amazing she knows the number by heart, lol) She packs all her sexy stuff into a bag (now WHY?), and turns out the bedroom light when her mom calls “Lights out”. They wait a few seconds and then sneak downstairs.
Meanwhile, Patrick has ordered a draft beer at the Cheatin’ Heart, talks to the bartender of wanting to make some fast cash. The bartender talks of this loan shark, Eddie Diamond, in the back room with a big bankroll, and a poker game. Patrick goes to get in on the game. Eddie (to hear him talk, you would almost swear it was Nathan Detroit from Guys & Dolls, lol) tells him the game is Texas Hold ‘Em, and they sit down to play. Patrick wins big, and Eddie & his 2 pals are not too happy. They keep doubling the stakes. One guy, Louie, tries to put a new pack of cards into the game, but Patrick sees they are marked, so Eddie says they will play with the same deck as before.
Abby & Chelsea are outside, with Chelsea all decked out in her “make me look older” makeup and clothes, even having “borrowed” Jennifer’s perfume. She goes inside, pretending to use the phone. Three of the poker players notice her, but Patrick is oblivious. Chelsea goes outside, shows Abby her secret weapon, some herbal pills of some kind that her mom uses at times when she is stressed, to mellow out. Abby is appalled, but Chelsea flounces back into the bar. Patrick has left the game to go to the bathroom, taking his glass with him. Chelsea slips the stuff into his mug, he returns to the game. He drinks his beer, getting a big foggy, and loses all his money. Eddie & his friends leave, and Patrick groggily goes to the bar. Chelsea comes up, asking him to dance. His mind’s eye sees Jennifer (ah, the reason for Jen’s perfume!) & they dance, with Chelsea making all sorts of sexy moves, and Patrick sort of seeing Jen’s face.

BO & BILLIE are at the hospital, talking of getting the DNA results of the hair sample they brought in. Hope arrives, and Billie gives her a hard time, insisting Hope wants negative results, while Bo stands there like a dunce. Lexie comes up, telling Bo & Billie to go to the lab to give their DNA samples, they leave and Lexie chats with Hope. They talk of all the damage the DiMeras have done, & Abe’s failing eyesight. As they begin to discuss Billie, and her constant presence in Bo & Hope’s life, Bo & Billie come up, and Billie again challenges Hope. Lexie leaves, Billie insists she has no other agenda. Hope goes outside for some air, and prays that everything will go well.

John is once more moaning in his bed, and then hears Kate scream. He yells out, but no one hears him, so he gets up. Downstairs, Belle is explaining to Kate what she knows about Philip missing in action. Kates rants at both Belle & Shawn, saying they are responsible, because they have been seeing each other while Philip is away, fighting for his country. (Huh? Kate needs to get a grip, Philip has no idea about Belle & Shawn). She goes on and on, blaming them, as John comes to the top of the stairs, asking what is going on. He comes down, and Belle tells him about Philip. John promises to get a search going, will call the ISA, Shane will get things moving, and asks for the name of Philip’;s commanding officer. Kate pushes Belle to tell her father the rest, & a crying Belle tells John she’s still in love with Shawn, and her marriage was a big mistake. John tries to comfort her, but Belle run out of the apt. Shawn follows her, and tries to hold her, but she tells him to get away from her, they just cannot be together…..And the previews show……..

Kate & John, both in bed, with Kate crying as she says, please God, please let my son be alive

Bo: why are you taking sides with him?
Hope: Why shouldn’t I? You always take Billie’s side, don’t you? (There is a guy with his back to the camera, it may be Patrick, could not tell)

Jan to Mimi: Belle won’t break her wedding vows, and you’re going to make sure of it, Meems, unless of course, you want me to tell Rex the gruesome truth (O.K. everyone, one big yawwwnnn, this is getting sooooo old)

The Cheatin' Heart is busy as Chelsea makes her move on Patrick and gets interrupted by Billie, Bo and Hope; while Mimi takes advantage of Belle's guilt over Philip to convince her staying away from Shawn is the right decision; and John convinces himself taking the pills would be the right thing to do....

AT THE HOSPITAL... Billie's sure the test will match their DNA. Bo steps aside to get them coffee and Billie takes off, telling the lab guy she has business at the Cheatin' Heart to attend to and will be right back. Bo returns with coffee and when asked, says Billie left. She admits overhearing Billie tell the lab tech about going to the CH. Hope's ticked when Bo wants to ride to Billie's rescue yet again...but when he says if she gets in more trouble, we'll never get rid of her, Hope decides to join him and they also head to the CH.

CHEATIN' HEART... Abby watches from outside the Cheatin' Heart window as Chelsea sexily dances with Patrick. She remembers Chelsea showing her the herbal relaxation powder she took from her mom's cabinet when she's stressed and dousing herself with some of Jennifer's perfume she “borrowed”, figuring Patrick likes the scent. She poured the whole bottle of the powder into Patrick's drink and he's spaced big time, picturing Jennifer in his mind and even saying her name as he bends down to kiss Chelsea. He pulls himself away and she tells him her name is Angelica and slips him her phone number. He mumbles you're not Jen and goes back to the card room, accusing them of drugging his drink. Patrick lost and the guy has his marker, warning him he better make good. Some country song with the phrase Babealicious is playing. She steps outside and happy with her successful kiss with Patrick. Abby reminds her she needed to dress like that, use her mom's perfume and drug him to get it. Chelsea returns inside and wraps her arms around Patrick's shoulders. He turns and says “it's you”. She quickly tells him she's Angelica. Abby hides when Billie approaches. Billie wonders why Patrick is dancing with that tramp and tells the bartender she's sober. She's hoping the bartender could talk the cop into dropping the charges and it's worth $50 if he does. She also tells him it's bad publicity for the CH if the trial gets in the papers. He gives her a soda on the house and agrees to try and talk the cop, a regular, into dropping the charges. Patrick sees Billie in a blur and excuses himself to go to her. Chelsea steps outside and rants when Billie is holding Patrick up, threatening to make her pay for messing with her man. They both duck when Hope and Bo arrive. Abby wants to go home, but Chelsea refuses to leave. (time to find a new friend Abby) Bo gets mad when he sees Patrick in his current state and blasts Billie for hanging with him. Patrick explains about playing cards and was drugged, but the evidence was cleared away already. Hope takes Patrick's side, believing him, and when Bo questions that, reminds him how he always takes Billie's side, doesn't he? Bo says they have to get back for the test results and doesn't want Lockhart around his family. Hope asks if he considers Billie to be “family” and Billie picks up with Hope doesn't need to go to the hospital...Bo herds Billie away, warning her to not make things worse. Hope asks Patrick how he's getting home and he tells her he has his car (oh, that's smart). Chelsea peers through the window upset another old lady's hitting on Patrick, who's next, Alice Horton? The lab tech calls Billie on her cell to say the DNA tests will be back soon. Hope warns Patrick to watch his back. Chelsea gets her coat and Abby says they're getting out of there.

THE PENTHOUSE...John and Kate are back in the small bed chatting and he comforts her when she breaks down, worried about Philip. He has a purpose to get strong and beyond the pain...she and Belle need him. Thinking of the easy way, he opens his nightstand and takes the pills “Stan” left him out, now with an excuse to take them. He remembers when Stan was there. Kate walks in just as he's about to take a pill and asks what he's doing. She takes the water and shoos him back in bed as he hides the pill in his hand. She's worried how Lucas, Billie and Will will take the news about Philip. She knows the news will pick up on Philip's being MIA and she wants to tell them before they hear it on tv or radio. He vows to be strong and says she needs to be with her kids. She warns him if he has a relapse now, he might never recover. He promises that won't happen and she goes to change in the bathroom. He holds the pill up trying to decide what to do.

Kate calls Billie and has some news to tell her in person. Billie fills her in on the DNA test and will be at the hospital if Kate wants to met her there. Kate checks on John who smiles and assures her he's ok. After she leaves, he takes the pill.

AT THE LOFT...Jan's mouth continues..same garbage threatening Mimi to help her get Shawn (throw her out and get to bed Mimi!) as Mimi remembers how Shawn spent his summer, thanks to Jan. Shawn goes back to his loft after Belle tells him to leave (see below) mad when he finds Jan there. He reminds her they're not engaged and he threw her out, remember? Instead of doing that, he tells her about Belle kicking him out and he doesn't want to be with her (Jan). She says something that triggers his memory about the cage and Jan pulling out her whip. He says he knows what she did to him. Cue an “uh oh” look on Jan's face. He remembers being shackled to a bed in a cage and she responds saying it's kinky and they can do it if he wants. She tells him that Belle and Shawn were high school sweethearts and that young love rarely lasts. His parents are blue collar cops and Belle's professionals with trust funds. They're not compatible. She's there and will be so forever if he'd like. Where's Belle?

BELLE AND SHAWN return to her loft. She tells him to leave, but he refuses to..now or ever. Guilt overwhelms her and she orders him to leave and not come back. We return to Mimi comforting Belle as she cries over Philip. She tells Mimi about sending Shawn away and Mimi tells her Shawn wants what he wants when he wants it (ain't THAT the truth?). She asks her best friend what she should do about Shawn. Mimi uses Belle's sorrow and says who knows how long Philip will be held hostage and when he returns, will expect to do so to his loving wife and will have national attention by the media when he does so. Does she want the news to be that he returned home to an unfaithful wife? Belle realizes Mimi is right and she has to stay away from Shawn. Belle remembers Marlena saying that life doesn't give you whatever you want and she has to make her mom proud of her, whereever she is...so she has to do the right thing with Philip, even if means risking her life together with Shawn...and the show closes with a split screen of Jan telling Shawn that Belle doesn't love him enough to be with him...and the previews for tomorrow's DOOL roll.....

Jack says as soon as he finishes with the police, he heading for his bedroom....as Jen softly says she has one more surprise in store for him...

Bo to Hope....as soon as we get the DNA tests back, we'll take up with whatever is up with Shawn.
Hope's response that he's putting a child that might not even exist over his son..

Belle (who looks ragged) to Shawn: I have to be strong for Philip...you have to leave...as we see the video Philip made under duress to Belle that he'll always be there watching over her and taking care of her...

More of the same as they await DNA test results at the hospital and at the lofts; Philip gets a close call and Jack and Jen return home and he's starting to realize something's not right...

AT THE HOSPITAL...Billie anxiously awaits the DNA test results, thinking postive. She walks away from Bo and Hope when they warn her, once again, it might not be the news she's expecting. Kate arrives and tells Billie (whom she calls “baby” twice) about Philip being MIA. Billie offers to call the ISA and report back to duty (if that wouldn't get him killed, nothing would). Kate tells her John already called Shane and she needs to focus on finding Georgia. She rants to Kate that Hope's made it clear she doesn't want them to find Georgia and Kate replies..”maybe it's time to get Hope out of the picture.” Billie looks shocked at that and tells her how Bo wants to be with Hope, not her. Kate tells her that Georgia's spent her life with the DiMera's and will need both her parents. The nurse tells them that Ricardo, the lab tech, has the results on him and they don't know where he is. They head off to find him and Kate tells Hope they need to talk, stopping her from joining Bo and Billie. She takes Hope out on the balcony and fills her in on how Shawn has been openly after Belle, who's married to her son. She tells Hope that Philip's MIA and she's not lying about Shawn and Belle. She asks mother to mother, for her to keep her son the hell away from Belle.

While looking for the lab tech, Billie tells Bo about Philip and he reminds her that he's Philip's brother as well (this town is so intermixed it's no wonder she forgot they share a brother, haha). He wants to help and takes Billie in his arms for a hug just as Kate and Hope walk off the elevator. Hope learns he just found out about Philip and he offers his help to Kate if she needs it. They say the nurse is looking for the lab tech and should be back any time. Hope pulls Bo away and tells him that Shawn needs them right now and they have to go. He agrees to, right after they learn the lab results. She asks if he's putting a child that might not even be over his son. He asks Billie to call his cell when they get the news and Hope tells him about Shawn as they go to the elevator. The nurse returns saying Ricardo forgot to turn his beeper on and they found him in the cafeteria (why was he carrying a clipboard to the cafeteria with patient test results?). Billie calls out and Bo and Hope get off the elevator for the results.

PHILIP is gagged with tape and tied up. The guards tell him it's time to say goodbye and point their rifles at him as Bart calls Tony to see if he really wants to do this to their “guest”. He's still worried about Jack telling people where to find them. Tony just tells Bart to trust him.

The guards shoot Philip, but there were no bullets in the gun as poor Philip grinds the rope against the pole that's binding him. The guards hold up a chain saying it's no fun to just kill him and they're going to play some games. They find he's almost worn the rope through and bash him unconscious while they replace the rope with the chain. They rip the tape off his mouth (OUCH) and he blurts his wife would never cheat on him. They tell him when his wife sees the tape Philip made saying goodbye to her, she will figure she'll never see him again.

SHAWN gives Jan her coat and gives her the boot (FINALLY) reiterating he loves Belle, not her and tells her to leave. Unfortunately when he opens the door, Mimi is just leaving Belle's loft. He wants to go see Belle and Mimi warns him it's not the time as Belle's tired (ya think? This day's lasted about what, two weeks?), taking a shower and going to bed. He rushes over, only caring what he needs (as usual) and leaves Jan in the doorway (damn it!). She interrogates Mimi as to what she's accomplished with Belle and threatens to tell Rex Mimi's secret (yawn....Rex is on the computer...maybe I'll email him and tell him myself to stop this nonsense). Mimi sadly tells Jan how she convinced Belle to stay away from Shawn while Philip's MIA. Rex walks out and reminds her that Mimi needs to rest and as he's about to toss her out, the computer makes a noise. He hacked into a military website for news on Philip. He learned Philip's tracking device is gone. Jan thinks Philip's being gone works to her advantage to keep Belle away from Shawn. Philip's message plays on Rex's computer as he and Mimi watch in shock, Jan tells herself this will keep Belle from Shawn forever.

Shawn rushes into Belle's huge bathroom just as she drops her towel, saying he can't stay away from her. She tells him she needs to do this out of respect for Philip and asks him quietly to leave. She wobbles and he helps her to get into bed. (Interesting she has nightie and robe on now). She asks him what she's going to do and he tells her to go to sleep and he'll be downstairs. She closes her eyes and he kisses her goodnight and hears her crying as he goes to leave. He takes off his jacket and crawls onto the bed and snuggles with her. She rolls over and stares into his face. She gets up, puts her robe on and asks him to go home to his own apartment. Downstairs she tells him the hell she went through when he was missing all summer. She remembers how needy and dependent she was on Philip last summer and ended up marrying a man she didn't want to be married to. She tells him to go home and she's not making ANY decisions now and won't until Philip gets home (atta girl!). She turns on the tv and is shocked at what she sees. The news is playing Philip's video with text scrolled across the bottom saying this marine is being held hostage, etc. Belle breaks down while watching it and orders Shawn to leave, right now.

HORTON CABIN...Jack and Jen are still snuggling as he gets up to pour some more wine for them. Her cell rings and she asks the caller in a soft voice if everything is ready. She learns they are and tells Jack they have to go, now. He guesses it was Alice and she arranged a welcome back Jack party. Jen admits it was Alice, but not a party. The ISA wants to talk to him tonight about that castle where Tony held him hostage. They dress quickly and he looks forward to taking her up to their bedroom after talking to the ISA. Jen tells herself she has one more surprise for him.

They return home to an empty, dark house and Jen figures they beat the ISA there and will make some coffee. Jack's disappointed there's no party and she tells him it's the next day and they're going to surprise the guests, not vice versa. He asks if Patrick was invited and she tells him she hasn't seen him since Jack's return. He understands Patrick helped her, but doesn't want him around. He wants to take care of her and everything in the house. Jen starts to list off leaky toilets, etc. and he promises to call in the professionals, LOL. She agrees his talents are needed elsewhere. (where's the money coming from?) She glances at her watch and Jack wonders where the police and ISA are. Jack wants Tony to pay for what he did as Jen looks off to the side.

Later the fire is going and Jen says the ISA is on the way. They talk about Georgia and he says Georgia would be about Abigail's age now. Jen's concerned what it would do to Bo and Hope's marriage if they did find Georgia. He knows Bo and Hope's marriage is as strong as theirs and will endure. Jen goes for coffee and Jack hears a car pull up. He looks out and sees Jennifer out front, looking in her purse for her keys. Puzzled, he sees her come out of the kitchen carrying a tray of coffee. He looks out front and she's gone. He says, who...how??? as the previews roll...

Jennifer holds a BIG knife, telling herself “yeah, this ought to do the trick..”.
Jack: “Something very strange is going on here.”

Hope to Bo: “I'm going to talk to Shawn and find out what's going on. At least my son was brought up to believe that adultery is wrong. I don't suppose you'd like to try and teach your kids the same.”

Shawn to Jan: “I don't know what you did to me last summer, but I do know it's your fault and I want you to finally admit it.”

Bo & Billie get the test results, Belle continues to be filled with guilt, while Jack realizes something is not right with Jennifer, & we get to see what is going on.

AT THE LOFTS, Rex & Mimi are watching the video of Philip in his place, while Belle & Shawn are doing the same at hers. Rex rants about the cowards who made him do the video, Jan babbles on about now Belle will have reporters all over the place (they sure are not there yet, are they?) & won’t be able to be w/Shawn. Belle is sobbing hysterically, as Shawn tries to comfort her. Rex & Mimi argue with Jan about Shawn, then leave to go to Belle’s, along with Jan hovering as always in the background. (Will someone please grab her, escort her to the elevator and shove her in it?) Belle asks Rex to go check his computer for further info on the search. Belle is very hysterical, Shawn asks Mimi what he should do. She spots Jan listening, & tells him to just Belle some space. Jan is meanwhile piling more guilt on Belle. Shawn pulls her away from Belle, just as the report comes on TV, that the search for Philip has been suspended due to weather in the mountainous area. (Hmmm, hope they all get a clue that it is not desert where Philip went missing) Shawn then leaves, Jan follows, with more of her “now we can be together” babbling. Shawn firmly tells her to get out of his life, then asks her for the truth of what she did last summer to him, as he is having these flashes of memory, and knows all has been due to her lies.

AT THE HOSPITAL Billie & Bo are happy to learn their test results are positive – it is a match! Billie jumps for joy, but Hope is the voice of reason, asking questions to double check. Billie gets mad at her, but Hope reminds them all that DiMera was a chess player, and has been 14 moves ahead of them all in this game he is playing, and to remember that it was the DiMeras who created the genetically engineered Gemini Twins, in case any one forgot. She says that before they go on any wild goose chases, they ask all the right questions now. Bo sees her point, and asks the lab tech if it is possible the hair sample is a recent one, or if the person is still alive. The lab tech says the hair sample is not from a newborn, is recent, so the person probably is alive. Everyone is happy. A bit earlier, Kate had tried to call John, with no answer, told herself he must be sleeping, and then went on about how Shawn never getting Belle. The tech tells Bo & Billie about signing some papers, Hope reminds Bo they have to go see Shawn, but Bo is reluctant. Kate sticks her nose in, saying someone has to stay with Billie. Hope says why not her mother, but Kate has to get back to John. Bo & Hope argue, and he once more chooses to stay with Billie. (Boy, I wish he’d go home to find his bags packed, on the porch, and the locks changed, lol). He tells Hope to go check on Shawn, & call him, as he goes w/Billie. Kate tells Hope she hopes she can keep her son Shawn away from Belle, yada, yada. Hope tells her that her kids were raised not to commit adultery, and maybe Kate should teach her kids the same thing.

AT THE DEVERAUX HOME there is a replay of Jack seeing real Jen out the window, then turning around & seeing faux Jen coming in the room with the coffee tray. She asks what is wrong, he looks as tho he has seen a ghost, and he replies yes, YOURS!. Jack thinks he has not had enough sleep, that he has gone thru so much to get home, they were awake all night, and tells Jen what he saw outside. They open the door and look, but no one is there. Jen worries that Tony DiMera is planning something, and says they have to get out of there.

Now we see real Jen coming in the back door, answering her cell, saying that yes, just got here, don’t worry, will get what I came for and be outta here.

In the other room, Jack talks about DiMera maybe getting a clone of Jennifer, worries that they may be trying to get Jen. He talks of how he saw Jennifer everywhere while gone, and we see a flashback to her seeing him alive on the island, in the pouring rain, & their reunion. Jack talks of only wanting to come home to his family, & that he is not going to leave his house. When the ISA & cops get there, he will give his statement, and they both will go up to bed. Jen says, in that case, no coffee, she will make some herbal tea. (HUH?). She picks up the tray, but then hesitates, is worried about Tony.

(In the kitchen, real Jennifer selects a knife from the knife rack, saying I’m definitely gonna need this.) Jack realizes that Tony is going to want to stop him from telling what he knows. (In the kitchen, real Jen pulls a big knife out, saying, oh, yeah, this ought to do the trick. Then she talks of being unable to find her pie server, and no, the knife is ridiculous to use, that she will just take a spatula instead. She calls Aunt Maggie, telling her all about it, saying she is just leaving. ). Jack says he will be ready for Tony, but fake Jen says she is going to call Bo. Jack stops her, tells her he is just overtired, there is no clone out there, that she is unique, and cannot be duplicated. He talks of how he loves the small things she does, like the one with her hair, and asks her to do that. Fake Jen is taken aback, says FIRST she will make the herbal tea, then return and do “that thing “ with her hair. She goes into kitchen just as real Jen is out the back door, telling herself that “they” never told her Jen did something stupid with her hair, & worries that maybe Tony’s plan to capture Jack is in jeopardy.

Alone, Jack ponders (with flashbacks) the things Jen has said to him about not going to Doug & Julie’s for the baby, and about calling Alice. He mutters about something strange going on. In the kitchen, faux Jen has evidently called Tony, telling him he has to do something NOW. Outside, real Jennifer has called Maggie again, telling her that she did find her pie server, and asks if Abby & Chelsea are there yet. She says perhaps she wasn’t specific about the time they should come for Gran’s party, and is going back inside to leave a note for them. Meanwhile, fake Jen has heard the front door open, and goes to check. Real Jen comes in back door (don’t you just love all these near misses…..lol) still talking to Maggie, who now needs a pie plate, as Bonnie broke hers. Real Jen writes the note, then begins looking in the cabinets for her pie plate. Fake Jen peeks in the door, spots Jen tossing her hair, and realizes that is THE THING with the hair that Jen does. Real Jen looks out the window, and can’t believe her eyes, as she says…..Jack?????. Meanwhile, outside, Jack has spotted Maggie Horton’s car, wondering what it is doing there. He calls out Jennifer’s name, and hears her reply. It appears that real Jen sees him (nope, am betting this is fake Jen), who claims not to believe her eyes. She says she looked out and saw Jack, and then someone who looked like her leave the house (O.K. now we know for sure this is fake Jen AGAIN!)…..she tosses her hair, & Jack says that is it…the thing with your hair, then believes this is real Jennifer, and they embrace, with a big kiss. And the previews show………

While Bo meanders with Billie at the hospital, Hope tries to single handedly deal with Shawn; Jack finds out he's not seeing double; Belle stands by her man (who today happens to be Philip); and Marlena has a nightmare.

JOHN... Nicole and Brady visit John (must be walking home from the movies as she's munching on a HUGE tub of popcorn). They find a note that John left for Kate. They figures John's gone to buy drugs and head out to find him. He kisses her when they split to find John, agreeing to meet back there in 20 minutes.

John wanders the pier and thinks he sees Marlena, but it's only Stan. We see lots of replays of scenes from the last week or two as Sami transformed to Stan and now realizes John took one of the drugs and wanting to get back at John. We see Sami tossing photos of Kate and John in the fire, saying her whole freaking family hates her and have abandoned her. Back on the pier, John asks what Stan wants and in Sami's voice, he thinks revenge, but tells John he knows he can help him. He holds another big zip lock bag of drugs out for John just as Brady finds them on the pier.

BILLIE apologizes (yeah, right) for getting so upset with Hope earlier. He reminds her what happened with JT and she gets emotional and jealous of what Bo and Hope have..a family. He tells her she and Georgia ARE part of their family. She says he can go be with Hope and oops, drops all the papers and even tosses the last one in her hands still down after that. He picks them up for her and she sees papers she hadn't seen before and they realize it'll help them find Georgia. They see Georgia's baby footprints and hope they'll be able to use them to track her. Later they find there's a problem with the footprints. Who ever took them smeared them and they can't read them. He hugs Billie, saying they'll find her.

AT THE LOFT...
In the hallway, Shawn tells Jan he blames her for what's happened. He goes to leave to take a walk and clear his head, but she holds up his motorcyle keys..saying she got it fixed as asked if he wants to take her for a little spin. Hope arrives and takes the keys, saying neither of them are going anywhere.

Hope tears into Jan over what she did to Shawn to make him ride his motorcyle into the church. She threatens to THROW Jan out and tells her she can do it if need be. She tosses the motorcycle key to Jan and Jan FINALLY leaves. Hope asks Shawn if that's the woman he was planning to marry? She wants an explanation and Shawn tells her that Belle hasn't been unfaithful to Philip and doesn't appear she will be soon. Hope wants more answers, but Jan returns and Shawn takes the motorcycle keys and leaves with Jan in his wake. Hope tells Belle and Mimi that Jan gave Shawn the key to the motorcycle. Mimi turns to Belle worried that Shawn might get in another accident. Belle swirls her wedding ring and says she's sorry, she's got to stay there for Philip and closes the door. Hope wonders where Bo is.

Inside their loft, Belle continues her pity party, feeling guilty about what's happened to Philip. She tells Mimi she and Shawn are through and Philip is her priority as she hugs his picture.

MARLENA has a nightmare about her being old and Roman dead in bed. She wakes up screaming and tells him they're never going to leave there alive. Later he gets her to lie down, think good thoughts and go to sleep. She tells him she doesn't know what she'd do if he weren't there. He assures her that he is and to go to sleep. He turns off the light and thinks to himself she might be right, just wishing someone would know they were there (as we see Jack below).

JACK thinks he goes back inside the house with the real Jennifer, but realizes he's not when she points a gun with a silencer at him after they're back in the house. He yells for Jennifer, and the real one hears him calling from outside...saying Jack? She turns and thinks she's just hearing things, but knows no one is home (then why are the lights still on?) and walks away.

Faux Jen pulls off a mask and fake mouth piece and of course she's also beautiful. She acknowledges working for Tony. Jack tells her she'll have to shoot him. He sees Jen walk past (what is she doing, circling the house?) through the sheers. Jen looks and didn't remember leaving the living room light on. She goes to unlock the door, but remembers leaving the light on for Abby when she came home and walks away. Faux Jen tells Jack he knows what he has to do and he says yes, as he turns around and gets the gun away from her and punches her in the face. She falls unconscious on the floor. He runs out with the gun calling Jennifer's name. She thinks she hears it in the car (he should have TIED UP FAUX JEN!!) Yup, he runs back inside, picks up the phone to call Jen's cell number (DUMB DUMB DUMB) and puts the gun down on the table. He should have just run to the Carver's or Salem Place as we know how close they are!!!! Of course faux Jen wakes up, right at his feet, and Jack is too focussed on calling real Jen to notice, and she bashes him on the head with her gun, knocking HIM unconscious. RealJen's calling out to whomever called and faux Jen tells her wrong number, and disconnects....as the previews roll...

Bonnie hugs Patrick and asks if he has any idea who did this to him? He looks up and sees Chelsea smiling at him...

Brady asks John You really don't know this guy? I think John replies that that's correct.

Nancy yells at Nicole, asking if she's happy now...you have just upset my daughter...as Chloe turns around in her hooded coat, face bandaged on one side, staring at Nicole....

Chloe has a close encounter of the unwanted kind, the Hortons oddly celebrate Tom & Alice’s anniversary, while Jack’s escape efforts are thwarted once more. And we are treated to more repeat flashbacks, tho not as many as yesterday.

ON THE DOCKS Nancy & Chloe are out walking in fog, having just returned from hearing Clara sing in the choir at St. Lukes. Nancy decides to go call a cab to get them back to their car, & leaves. Nicole is wandering around, lost, and sees Chloe from the back, asking for help to Monroe St. Chloe barely answers, Nancy rushes up. Nicole talks of wanting to donate more money to the clinic, but Nancy has her number, knowing it is to score points with Brady and they have major words. Chloe yells for them to stop, then runs off, with Nancy telling Nicole that she has upset her daughter. She recovers, saying that the girl is LIKE a daughter to her.
Meanwhile John is telling Stan/Sami that he looks so familiar, when Brady comes upon them. Brady wants to know who that guy is, & Stan claims to have been in ISA w/John, working undercover, yada yada. He offers his condolences about the death of Marlena and leaves. John tells Brady he was only out for air, not trying to score drugs, and tells Brady all about Philip missing, and Belle still loving Shawn. Brady leaves him to go find Nicole, & John takes his pills out of his pocket, popping a couple more.
Meanwhile, Stan/Sami has come across Chloe, remembers seeing Nancy & a hooded figure at the airport, and has a very satisfied smile on his/her face, as she now has another secret she can use.

AT MICKEY’S HOUSE Julie & Maggie are making preparations for Gramma & Granpa’s party. They talk of Mickey & Bonnie, & how unhappy Maggie is. She says she can’t take much more, and is thinking of leaving. Alice comes in, having heard this statement. Mickey & Doug are tending to the fire, when Bonnie comes on to Mickey, then goes outside to wait for Patrick. Doug tells Mickey he is going to have to make a choice soon, life cannot go on like this, and he may just lose both women. (Oh, please, put an end to this foolishness!) Alice is telling Maggie she should be patient, & reminds her of Don Craig & Neil Curtis. Maggie replies that she did not begin seeing Don until after Mickey was “dead”, and that in re: Neil, she was artificially inseminated (at least Days is remembering some Days history). Meanwhile Doug & Mickey are having essentially the same conversation, with Mickey saying he fell in love with Bonnie, and cannot just toss her aside. But he loves Maggie, too. Bonnie eavesdrops on the women’s conversations, vowing to not let Maggie have the upper hand.

Earlier, we saw Abby & Chelsea making posters for the party. Chelsea thinks it strange to be having a party when Grampa has been dead for so many years (she is not the only one), but Abby says her great-grandparents had a very special love, just like her own mom & dad. Chelsea says….you talk as if your father is still alive. Cue replay of Jack trying to call Jennifer on her cell, and Fake Jen knocking him out with a large & heavy candlestick. And then we see Jen in her car, answering her phone and getting the “sorry, wrong number” message from Fake Jen. As she drives along, Jennifer is uneasy, sure she heard Jack’s voice, but knowing it cannot be. She cannot shake the feeling she gets when Jack is in trouble

Patrick arrives outside at Mickey’s, looking terrible, and tells Bonnie what happened to him at the Cheatin’ Heart. Bonnie figures he was drugged, and he wonders who could have done this. Cue Abby & Chelsea to come up right then, but Patrick seems not to have a clue. Jen arrives, saying something about having been upstairs, changing clothes (so why is she outside, then?) She gives a package to Abby to take inside, then tells Patrick how she thought she heard Jack calling her, & talks of how much they went thru, how they found themselves on the island, the birth of their baby, and how she thought all would be o.k. And how much she misses him. They go inside, Jen picks up a picture of her & Jack, and fantasizes about Jack being there at the party with her. Alice comes along, saying she always liked that picture. She & Jen hug.
Bonnie decides to put one over on Maggie, turns on the music, and sashays her way over to Mickey, asking him to dance. The song playing is “Always”, and Mickey protests the song is Tom & Alice’s song, but Bonnie says she is not stealing it, just borrowing it, and begins dancing with Mickey, giving Maggie a triumphant look. Maggie turns around, and gets Patrick and they dance, while Doug & Julie join them. Alice is comforting Jen, telling her that if she feels Jack’s presence, it is because he is there….and will be…….ALWAYS!

AT THE DEVERAUX HOME, Jack is unconscious, and Fake Jen (the credits call her Madison) searches thru some drawers, finally finding some neon colored rope with which to tie Jack. She does so, then as he murmurs Jen’s name, tells him what a great lover he was, and kisses him. He comes to, Madison goes into another room. Jack sees the rope used on him, and gets loose, saying aloud that she is not so smart, and next time don’t use a trick rope to try and tie someone up. Madison returns, and as she bends over Jack, he knocks her out, gets some real rope, ties her up, and tries to call the authorities…..who put him on hold. (Oh, this is just too, too much!). As he decides to go in person, Madison AGAIN has a gun on him, saying that for being on a boat for that long, he sure did not learn anything about how to tie knots. She tells him if he moves, he’s a dead man! ……..and the previews show

Summary: Sami/Stan wreaks more havoc, this time with Billie/Bo…Hope offers some motherly advice for Belle…as Alice offers grandmotherly advice to Jen…as Jack finds himself face to face with his worst fear, but somehow gets the upper hand.

AT THE HOSPITAL…Billie is still shaken over the news of Georgia, and is upset because the footprints were smeared and are a dead lead. Bo tells her to focus on the positive, the hair sample. She just wishes they knew were she was. She wants to go and look for her right now, but Bo convinces her to wait til morning. He is headed over to be with Hope and Shawn…when Kate comes in trying to convince him to stay with a distraught Billie. Kate stops him and basically tells him that Shawn is a big boy…Georgia needs him more. She is relentless pouring on the guilt, and Bo tells HER to stay with Billie. She says she can’t because she needs to be with John (well, then, why aren’t you??? I am sorry, but at this point, I really cannot stand Kate…and it gets worse). Bo finally agrees to take Billie back home on his way to Shawn’s. They get home and as he goes to grab a clean shirt, Billie gets a call (from “Stan”) with a message from Georgia. He tells her that her little girl misses her and cries herself to sleep every night. He says that it is all her fault, because she was too busy chasing after Bo to look for her. Sami/Stan has flashbacks of her confrontation with Bo over shooting Marlena in prison. Billie asks where Georgia is and Stan tells her that she will never find her and laughs, hanging up on her. Then Sami/Stan laughs over how much fun this is. Billie is a wreck, crying in Bo’s arms. He promises they will find her and that he will stay there with her in case that guy calls back.

EARLIER…IN A MOTEL… “Stan” is having flashbacks of the transformation (must we see this EVERY day?…okay, we KNOW that Stan is Sami!) She is amazed over how good the disguise is when her mystery man (Tony) calls (with voice disguised). He congratulates her on her success so far and how she is keeping a low profile, hiding out in an out-of-the-way motel. (Isn’t anyone missing Sami?) She tells him about finding out Chloe is alive and how she can use that against Brady and Nicole. But Tony tells her that she must get her priorities straight…there are other things to do first. Later, she is inspired by the mystery man’s suggestions (I am assuming calling Billie), even though she is curious over how much he knows about her. She thinks that if she didn’t know Tony was dead, she would swear it was him.

AT THE PARTY…(with music blaring from the other room) Alice, Jennifer and Lucas are in the kitchen as Alice reminisces about Tom and Lucas wishes they had been a part of his life while growing up. He says he fears he will never have that kind of love…first he married Nicole (for 2 minutes he says) and now he has lost Sami. Jen chimes in about how she and Jack will never celebrate another anniversary. Lucas decides to call it an evening and bids them both goodnight. Alice and Jen stay in the kitchen as Jen tells her “gram” she just isn’t in the party mood. Jen asks Alice about the times she “heard” Tom talking to her after he was dead and tells her she heard Jack earlier in the evening. She imagines him walking through the door, then realizes he is never coming back. They talk about Jack and how much she misses him and is thankful for the time they had together. Alice tells her that true love will never die…he will always be in her heart.

LUCAS GOES HOME…and is watching the tape of Philip on the news when Kate stops by (I thought she needed to be with John). She tells him about the new evidence in the search for Georgia. She asks him if he has spoken to Sami and he tells her that she left a note, saying she was leaving town for a while (okay…so that is the story). They talk about Philip’s missing and he realizes she hasn’t seen the news. He sits her down and shows her the tape. She is upset and says she needs to go be with Belle and rushes out (I guess she has forgotten about John, huh?) Later Lucas is beginning to worry about Will. He is at a friends house and was supposed to call Lucas. So he calls the friends and finds out he has left. We see Will walking through the park and (literally) runs into (you got it) Stan. Sami is startled and almost gives herself away as Will asks “Stan” if he is okay.

AT THE LOFT…Hope visits Belle and tries to comfort her. They damn Jan and wonder what power she has over Shawn. Hope is upset that Shawn has taken off on the motorcycle and tries to call Bo, but his phone is turned off. Belle is distraught over what is going on with Philip as Hope tries to comfort her. She talks about how Philip fell in love with her last summer and Hope asks if she loves him as well. Belle doesn’t really answer her, but says she must let Shawn go. Hope tells her that would be a mistake, she thinks she still has strong feelings for Shawn. But Belle says that things would never be the same and that she must remain loyal to Philip and blames herself for the predicament he is in right now. Hope tells her that if she gives up on love, she will regret it forever. She and Bo have been through troubles, but their love will last forever. True love only comes around once. She tells her that if she stays with Philip for the wrong reasons, there will be 3 miserable people…she can’t create love out of guilt. Hope talks of the love that Jack and Jen had as well as that of Alice and Tom as examples. She tells Belle to follow her heart…she will never regret it. Belle is tired and Hope suggests she get some sleep and helps her to the stairs. Once she is upstairs, Kate comes barging in and jumps Hope for advising Belle to betray her husband. She says that if Belle follows Hope’s advice, she will end up a “scheming, selfish tramp” just like Hope. (WHAT??? Okay, it’s official…I hate Kate).

AT THE DEVERAUX HOUSE…Madison holds Jack at gunpoint as he tries to smooth talk his way out of it. She tells him she will shoot him, but he says she can’t stop him and turns to leave. She hesitates and tells him not to move, but he calls her bluff. He goes to the door and she backs down. But only because she saw who was on the other side of the door. He opens it to find Tony there. He tries to run, but there is Bart as well…armed. Jack says he knows that Bart wouldn’t shoot him, so Tony whips out a gun as well and yells for him to get inside. (This is getting so ridiculous). Once inside, Tony taunts him as Bart goes on and on about how smart Tony is. Bart congratulates Tony on how well his plan worked as Tony explains about hiring Madison to masquerade as Jennifer. He also tells Jack that he had help in the form of an informant (I assume he means Sami) as Jack assumes he means Patrick. Bart is flapping his gums about Tony’s other plans for Salem until Tony tells him to shut up. Jack grabs Tony’s gun and threatens to shoot him unless they let him go. Meanwhile Madison and Bart are still holding their guns on him. Meanwhile, Jen arrives home from the party and is standing just outside the door. Freeze frame on her…as the previews show…

Patrick tells Jen that he has a confession to make…

Jack: I’ll Do whatever I have to…to save my family. Tony: Well, go ahead…do it…

Lucas (to Stan): My God…I know you…

Billie (to Bo): Thank you for caring about me…and out daughter. He hugs her just as Hope walks in the door…

Summary: Kate and Hope square off at the loft, Bo and Billie receive another package from “Georgia”, Lucas and Stan have a man to man talk, and Jack and Tony play who's got the gun while Patrick delays Jen from going inside...hmmmmm.

AT THE LOFT....Kate tears into Hope for encouraging Belle to be with Shawn while her son, Belle's husband, is MIA. Hope explains to Belle that she needs to follow her heart, whether it be for Philip or Shawn. Hope understands how Belle might have felt after Shawn deserted her last summer, but that can't change how she still feels about Shawn. Kate reminds Hope how quickly things change, using her, Roman, Marlena and Lucas as an example. Hope tries to justify Shawn's actions and agrees she and Bo need to have a long talk with him, but haven't been able to due to Billie. They each rationalize how Belle should be with their son. Kate rants Hope's too busy trying to convince Billie that her daughter isn't alive. The more Kate talks, Hope realizes how Kate wants Bo back with Billie. Kate refuses to be put on the defensive when Hope brings up John's name. She denies it and says if the roles were reversed, Hope would have thrown a restraining order on her son. She tells that Hope and her druggie son can go straight to hell and leaves.

AT THE BRADY HOME....Bo tries to find out who the caller was *69 (?) and gets unknown caller. He figures the next call will be scrambled if Dimera is behind it. He tells Billie this is a sick, twisted game that Dimera's playing. Billie rants they need to get Georgia ASAP. He goes to head for Shawn's loft and finds a manila envelope on the front porch. It's got MOMMY written across the front of the envelope. Bo holds it by the corners and shows it to her. He puts it down and gets some plastic gloves from the kitchen. They open it and find a kid's drawing of her and her parents with them crossed out in each picture and a cassette tape. Bo rationalizes these pictures are suppose to make them upset (good deduction Commander!!!). They put the audio cassette in a boom box and hear a young girl saying 1 potato 2 potato 3 potato four..my mother is a dirty whore, 5,6,7, potato eight, she wants me but is years too late...(oh, give me a break) then sings..”Miss Billie had a baby, she thought that she was dead, she says she wants to find her, but that's not all that's in her head..she plans to use her child to get Bo into her bed”. Billie cries that that's just cruel and inhuman and they'll never get her back...sniff sniff..as she stares at the lock of hair. Bo takes it away and offers to move the liquor (which is sitting right there at Zack's level should he be there...I don't THINK so!) so Billie won't be tempted. She promises not to go off the wagon. She relistens to the tape as she looks at the pictures and starts to cry when she looks up and asks “what are you doing here?” It's Bo. He had gone to a jeweler friend that owed him a favor (just what time of night IS THIS and it only took five minutes to get there and have all that done, LOL?) and had the hair put into a locket for Billie to put around her neck. Billie thanks him and Bo hugs her as Hope walks in the door.

IN THE PARK...Sami/Stan remembers Will coming home from camp when she sees Will. Will bad mouthes his mother to Stan and a little nervous, says his father is 6 ft tall and a weapons expert. Lucas walks up saying not quite and asks what he's doing to his son. (Funny how Stan is a few inches taller than Lucas now, Sami must be wearing lifts, haha.) Lucas apologizes when Will tells him nothing happened. He shakes Stan's hand and more flashbacks..now of them getting ready to go camping. Will tells Lucas he misses mom and it's hard to go home, but he's still pissed at her too. Stan asks to speak with Lucas privately and Lucas looks up and says he knows him. Stan tells him he lost his son and he's living with his mother now. Lucas can't understand why Stan's so interested in two strangers and Sami thinks it's because she loves him and Will so much. Stan tells Lucas that Will threatened to kick his nose into his brain and Lucas chuckles. He says Will's like his mom and explains how. Deep down Will's mom's got a great heart and just feels like she has to protect herself. Stan listens and asks if Lucas still loves Will's mom. Lucas tells Stan how he found his fiancee in bed with her ex husband the night before their wedding. He says she left town and he doesn't care where. Will honks the horn as Stan asks Lucas if there's any chance he and Will's mom will get back together. Lucas hopes Stan gets back with his son and wife too. Stan suggests that Lucas do the same when Will's mother returns. Lucas doesn't think she'll ever change, so not much hope of that. Stan/Sami starts to cry as we see a flashback of her and Lucas in bed making love when the bed collapses. After Lucas has gone, Kate walks by the stoop where Stan/Sami is crying and asks if he's okay. Stan barks yes and to go away. She asks if she knows him and he says NO. She leaves saying she just wanted to help. Kate walks off and Sami tells herself she'll make her pay for this.

AT THE DEVERAUX'S...Tony tells Jack to hit the road, but Jack grabs Tony's gun. He threatens to shoot Tony if they shoot him and asks Tony if Patrick Lockhart is still working for him. Bart complains if the boss dies he's out of luck, no unemployment or health insurance, etc., LOL...and Tony threatens Jack he won't get what he wants if he shoots him. Tony says his loyal employees will continue his plans and Bart asks how if they don't get paid, etc. The girl finally says..boss..they're right outside. Jack turns and yells No, Jennifer, No..and is overpowered by Tony for the gun. Bart holds Jack down on his knees as Tony reminds Jack he always comes back..alive. The gal injects Jack with something.

Outside, Jennifer returns from the party and Patrick pops out of the bushes and tells her not to go in yet (is this the same night he was out jogging and drugged at the bar by Chelsea..??) Jen says she's really tired (understandably so!) and Patrick insists she doesn't go inside. He points out the first blooms of spring and Jennifer has a flashback of when her and Jack planted that bush. It's a perennial that keeps coming back. She falls on him and kisses him as she comes back to present, remembering that kiss. Jen tells Patrick that Jack appreciated all his hard work. Patrick admits being jealous of Jack and the love she had for him. Jen says she misses Jack and goes to the front door and digs out her keys...as the previews roll...

Kate tells John if she finds out he's not telling her the truth, she will turn him over to the police...

Marlena breaks down in tears and goes into Roman's arms, telling him to never let her go...

Belle moans something and cries and she goes into Shawn's arms....

Hope asks Bo..so it was your decision to be here with Billie rather than coming to help me with our son?

The following is what a fan posted she'd LIKE to see in tomorrow's episode (as would I) when Hope confronts Bo and Billie. I asked for her permission to post this and hope you'll all enjoy it too. Happy St. Patrick's Day....maybe a few four leaf clovers and kissing the blarney stone will bring our Brady's back to their senses!!!!

Hope walks in on Billie in Bo's embrace. Here's what SHOULD happen:

Bo: Hope. Billie just got a call from someone about Georgia….

Hope: Did they say anything useful.

Bo: No not really, just bated Billie and hung up.

Hope: Have you called the police or FBI yet?

Bo: No… but…

Hope: Did you try *69? (ok, he DID do this ;-)

Bo: No.

Hope: Do you think either of those ideas might be something worth trying?

Billie: Are you implying we aren’t trying to do everything we can to find our daughter?!

Hope: Implying? No I’m flat out saying it, Billie! I’m saying that if you… EITHER of you had any real interest in finding Georgia you’d stop running around half cocked chasing down pointless leads, and jumping into each others arms every chance you get!

Bo: Hope! Billie was upset I was just….

Hope: SHUT IT BRADY! You’re on thin ice and so I suggest you don’t do any tap dancing for the moment!

Hope: Both of you have been acting like complete idiots about this and I’m sick of it! You are both experts on the DiMera’s and their games and neither of you is even entertaining the notion that you’re playing into their trap!! You find info on a disk that you got from who? THE DIMERA’S and you run off around the world chasing it without a plan or back up or even a CLUE! You charge into some person’s house trying to take their daughter away and out of the country and you don’t even stop to think that might be wrong or even ILLEGAL!! You are given a letter from Tony there and yet you still don’t think about what trap you’re walking into!

Bo: Hope…

Hope: HAIR! Hair is delivered to your doorstep and instead of sending it to the FBI or police to be fingerprinted, you charge off to the hospital with it! You don’t even wonder who put it there! You don’t even think about why someone is playing this game with you and giving you hints about Georgia! You haven’t even gone back to where Georgia was born and tried to figure out how she was stolen! Gee ya think there might be a clue there!? No you two are letting whoever has got Georgia play their game and you are NO closer to finding Georgia then you were the day she was born!! And now you get a phone call and you don’t do anything to try and follow up on it!?

I’ve offered to hire a P.I. YOU, Billie are ISA. You Bo are PD. Shane is ISA! You have all these resources at your disposal and you are both acting like ROOKIES! What in the name of God is wrong with you?! And then you have to nerve to imply I’m the one who doesn’t want Georgia found!?! Well if that’s true then I should just let you two keep looking because with you two on the case I have nothing to worry about! Georgia will be an old lady before you two find her!

Billie: How dare you! I want to find my baby more then anything!!...

Hope: Oh shut up, Billie! You act like you’re the only mother in the world to have lost a child! I, better then you know, understand wanting to find your baby! So don’t give me this crap, Billie!

And don’t pretend Georgia is your only goal here either. You used Georgia to hurt Bo and I the first time around and you’ve shown me no reason to think this is any different! I could give a crap if YOU find Georgia. I want Georgia found for one reason and that’s Bo. Georgia is Bo’s daughter and therefore MY step-daughter; she is the half-sister of my boys, and all that makes her family. I want her found and I want her home. And because I care about my family and I care about Georgia I’m not going to let you use her again to come between Bo and I and OUR family and OUR children!

Billie: This isn’t about you, Hope!!!

Hope: The hell it isn’t! (get’s in Billie’s face) I will help Bo find Georgia. But I’m through putting up with you and your games. I can’t stop you from being a part of the search but I can put an end to your OTHER agendas.

Billie: I don’t HAVE other agendas, Hope!!...

Hope: Fine then this shouldn't bother you then. * pause * Get… out!

Bo: Hope, Billie can’t leave.

Hope: Bo! I’m warning you. Shut up now.

Hope to Billie: I don’t give a crap what legal problems this’ll cause you. You are no longer welcome in this house. You want to speak with Bo about the Georgia case you go through me or his office. You have another drinking splurge and get in trouble… call your lovely mother to bail you out. Because if you intrude on my family again I'll have a restraining order against you so fast your head will spin!

Billie: You can’t do that!

Hope: You think you’re the only one who can pull strings with the Police or ISA or the courts!?! TRY ME! (really gets in Billie’s face) Do NOT mess with me Billie. Get out now or I will through you out.

*Billie looking very pissed, storms out of the room*

Bo: Hope! * Bo is pissed *

Hope: You have two choices right now, Bo. You can either shut up and not fight me on this or you can follow that woman up stairs and pack your bags as well! I’ve had it with your choosing and defending Billie time and time again. THIS right here and right now is your LAST chance. You can stay and be the husband and father you are, or you can choose Billie. But let me warn you, if you choose her, you and I are over. Once and for all. You walk out that door and my next phone call will be to Mickey for divorce papers and the call after that will be to have the locks on the door changed! Choose NOW!

Summary: Hope confronts Billie and Bo…Belle realizes where Shawn has gone…Jen almost walks in and finds Jack, but Patrick seems to keep her at bay…John consoles Kate, as Marlena and Roman watch.

SHAWN…takes his motorcycle and goes to the woods with a six pack of beer to drown his sorrows. He has visions of Belle and has flashbacks of their conversations from the past 3 weeks. Meanwhile, Belle is at home asleep and awakens to hear Philip’s voice telling her he has come home. She looks over and sees a casket. (Yes, she is dreaming). She opens it and sees him inside, talking to her, blaming her for his death, because he had nothing to live for. Then she is back in bed and sees Hope standing there, dressed in black. She tells her that it is all her fault that he is dead. She sees another casket and opens it to find Shawn, who says basically the same thing that Philip said…that is all her fault that he is dead. She continues to toss and turn in bed as she sees visions and hears the voices of both of them now. She is jolted awake by the ringing phone. She answers it to find Bo on the other end, asking if she has any idea where Shawn may be. She tells him no and he asks her if she hears from him to call. After she hangs up, she sees the stuffed snowman and realizes that she knows where he may be. Meanwhile Shawn is guzzling beer and having his own little pitty party when she walks up. He asks her why she is there and she says she was worried about him. He assures her he is fine and tells her to go back home and wait for Philip. She tries to stop him from drinking and he again asks why she is there. She tells him because she loves him. He asks then why does she keep pushing him away. He tells her that nothing they do or don’t do will bring Philip back home any safer or sooner. He grabs her and kisses her and she (at first) resists him. She gives in and they continue to kiss as they fall to the ground and she says “God help me”.

JOHN…is still down at the pier praying that Doc was there to help him. He has a flashback of their pier reunion, then back in real time, he sees her walking toward him. He is ecstatic and grabs her and starts kissing her. And you guessed it…she turns into Kate (the big fur coat was the dead giveaway, lol). When he realizes his mistake, he apologizes and tells her he thought she was Marlena, which she says she gathered. She asks why he is there and he gets defensive when she suggests he was buying drugs. She says if she finds out that is the case, she is turning him in. She tells him about Philip’s capture and the video. John assures her that they will find him and bring him home. John talks about Shawn, Belle and Philip and says that if Marlena and Roman were there, things would surely be different. They go back to the penthouse but John isn’t sleepy so Kate goes to make coffee. John turns on the TV and the video of Philip is playing. Kate walks in, sees it and drops the tray. John hugs her and comforts her.

MEANWHILE, in their prison…Marlena continues to worry that they will never be rescued as Roman tries to comfort her. He tells her that at this moment help could be on the way, but she isn’t so convinced. She fears that John and Kate are falling in love and Roman tells her that they see only what Tony wants them to see. He is sure that both of them will be overjoyed to find out they are indeed alive. They talk about how they haven’t seen Tony or Bart in quite a while and maybe they are running scared. Marlena thinks that may not be a good thing, for they may hide them somewhere else, where they will never be found. Roman promises her they will get out of there. The monitor comes on and they witness John and Kate hugging in the penthouse. They hear John say that it’s late and Kate suggesting they go to bed, which upsets them both. Marlena cries and asks Roman to hold her…and never let go.

AT THE BRADY HOUSE…there is a replay of Hope walking in on Bo and Billie and slamming the door behind her…visibly pissed. Bo says that Billie was upset as Hope makes it quite clear that she too is upset. He explains that he is only supporting Billie as Hope tells him about Shawn running off and missing. Bo offers to go get him, but Hope tells him she doesn’t have a clue where he is. As Bo goes to the kitchen to make some calls (Belle being one of them) Billie apologizes to Hope but she isn’t buying it. Billie takes up for Bo, saying it isn’t his fault and shows her the necklace he got for her. Hope says she is truly glad that Georgia may be alive and hopes that she finds her, but after her confrontation with Kate, it confirms what she already suspected…Billie is after Bo. Billie swears she isn’t chasing after him, she only wants her daughter. Billie says that Shawn is a grown man and has lots of people looking out after him…Georgia has no one. Hope asks if she is going to deny that she is after Bo. Billie spits out that she is sick of Hope’s insecurities…go to hell and take her accusations with her. Then Hope tells Billie that she is sick of HER…and her trying to drive a wedge between her and her husband. As they argue, Bo comes in and says that Billie didn’t ask for his help…which angers Hope further. Bo wants to explain, but she asks him what is more important to him…Billie and Georgia…or her and his boys. She says she is tired of him choosing Billie over her every time (you GO Hope…it’s about time! Give it to him both barrels!!!)

AT THE DEVERAUX HOUSE…Tony and Madison have magically disappeared, as it is now only Jack and Bart there. The drug they gave Jack has left him fully awake aware, only paralyzed. Bart is on the phone with Tony, keeping him informed as to what is going on as he is waiting for a limo to pick them up (I think that is what he said). Outside, Jen and Patrick talk about the coming of spring as she heads to the door. Patrick acts very suspicious as he keeps stopping her from going inside. Jen stops and tells Patrick that she just can’t shake the feeling that Jack is nearby tonight, she keeps feeling his presense. He convinces her to sit with him as she talks about Jack and has flashbacks…first of him (dressed as Santa) proposing to her…then of Abby’s birth. Then she also has flashbacks of herself dressed as Santa proposing to him and then one of them kissing and falling to the bed. She tells Patrick that some people just didn’t understand Jack like she did and she loved him, he was the love of her life. A paralyzed Jack is hearing all this. (I wonder how this is he can hear them…through a closed door…but yet they couldn’t hear Bart on the phone with Tony? Amazing). Jack is finally able to move and Jennifer hears a thump inside the house. Bart is dragging Jack out of the room when Jen bursts in the door and gasps… “Jack”…and the previews show…

John (yelling at Kate): Dammit, you don’t know what’s going on…you don’t even know what kind of pain I am in. If you get rid of these drugs, you will regret it, because it will be the biggest mistake of your life…

Hope (to Bo): If Shawn gets hurt tonight, it’s because you chose to stay with Billie instead of going with me to find him…then we are through Brady…

Billie (looks like she is on the pier): You are hearing things Billie. Then we hear a voice saying “Mommy, why don’t you come and save me Mommy?”…

As the credits roll…

Summary: Bo and Hope have another argument over Billie; Belle's allegiance to Philip sends Shawn off on his bike while drunk; Jack is being taken back to the castle..while Patrick sure acts like he's still on Tony's payroll.....

THE PENTHOUSE
John assures Kate he's going to bring Philip home after seeing him on tv (aha, that explains why no one watches tv in Salem...every time they turn it on, they see news clips). Justifying finding Philip as a reason to use the drugs, John pops open another syringe and injects it while Kate gets him coffee. She comes back with his coffee and helps him off with his jacket, finding the bag of pills in his pocket. Busted! She vows to honor her promise of turning him in like she threatened on the pier if she found out he was still on drugs. She goes for the phone and he tells her NOT to do that, takes the phone away and drops it on the floor. Later he reaches out for the drugs and Kate asks what he's going to do to get them..overpower her? He rationalizes he needs them to get stronger and argues he's not in denial. She vows to save his life and not give him the drugs. He's worried about his life and reputation if this got out. He promises to go cold turkey first thing in the morning. He starts yelling that she doesn't know what he's been through and waving the drugs in the air, she vows to flush them. He promises if she did that, she'd regret it and it would be the biggest mistake she ever made in her life. She'd be signing Philip's death warrant if she turned him in.

DEVERAUX HOME
Tony went to get the limo and told Bart to bring Jack out to it. Being Jack's too heavy to carry while paralyzed, Bart carefully, but very awkwardly, LOL, lowers him to the floor and drags him out..(bet that scene was fun to do/rehearse). Jack fears for Jen's safety if she walked in and found them. The limo already took Tony to the plane as we Jack (still paralyzed) and Bart heading there as well. Bart makes funny small talk asking if the fake Jennifer was as good in bed as Jennifer. Jack's eye's tell all as he responds to Bart's questions. Jack finally manages to talk and asks him if Patrick works for Tony. Bart says the boss didn't answer, but he knows Jack's on the way back to the castle so starts to tell him as we go back to Patrick and Jennifer. Bart tells him he really doesn't know about Patrick, but Tony's reaction that Patrick delaying Jennifer was in their favor. He goes on telling Jack that Patrick is helping Jennifer in many ways with the plumbing and the kids and Jack (talking awkwardly as the drug wears off) tells Bart he and Tony can both go to hell. We see a flashback of Jack looking through a magazine and dog earring pages he wants to read. As Jack's muscle function returns, he tries to undo the rope wound around his wrists as Bart sips his wine talking about returning Jack to the castle. At the airport, Jack unwraps his hands and grabs for the gun, but not fast enough. Bart warns him no more Houdini tricks and for Jack to say goodbye to Salem on the way to the plane as he'll never return again.

Outside Jennifer turns down Patrick's offer to get something to eat (he's obviously in on Tony's deal) and walks in saying Jack's alive. Patrick walks in with her and not sure what she's talking about. She tells him she senses Jack's presence so strongly and searches the house as a puzzled Patrick helps her. They rendevous on the couch as she tells him she knows Jack was there and that magazine (she got off the table) proves it. She shows Patrick the NEW magazine that has dog earred pages that only Jack use to dog ear like that. Patrick tries to convince Jen she's wrong, Chelsea or Abby did it, etc. He says it's strange that Jack would just come home and dog ear some magazine and she's just thinking a lot about Jack after talking about him at Gran's party. He goes to find Abby for her (she doesn't answer Jen's calls) and Jen offers to go with him, but he tells her to stay home. She picks up the magazine and although sensing Jack was there, realizes Patrick was probably right.

BRADY HOME
Hope and Bo are still arguing as both feel they're right. Billie paces behind them listening. She tells Hope they got a phone call, new evidence about Georgia. Then when Bo went to leave there was an envelope on the front porch and they show her the pictures and tape. They play the tape for Hope, who says whether it's Georgia or not, it's cruel..but Bo still should have been over to see Shawn, not having a special necklace made for Billie. (gotcha there Bo man!) She blasts him about how Shawn only has one father, and when was the last time he's even talked to him? Billie has other family members who can comfort her. Bo says Shawn didn't want to hear what he said last time they talked and he has his people looking for him. (handy to be a commander who never works and has cops to do his fetching for him). Bo rants Shawn is an adult and doesn't need his daddy babysitting him. Hope jumps on him that Billie's life wasn't in danger because of this new evidence,and didn't need Bo to babysit her.. and their son's does need him. Billie shouts about how her daughter has been missing a lot longer than Shawn and she's not sticking around and listening any more and walks out. Bo turns to Hope and asks her if she knows what she's done? He starts to go after Billie, worried she'll start drinking and Hope tells him not to dare to do so. Billie is an adult and let her take some responsibility for her own actions!! He rants back that Hope doesn't give a damn about Billie or his daughter when Hope shows the time out signal, saying that's not true. She tells him he's so caught up in Billie's drama and he denies that.

Bo practically spits out that she better listen to him ONE time and this is NOT about Billie, it's about his daughter that's still alive. He asks if she has any compassion and she tells him she's fighting ALONE for THEIR son...she brings up he's only spent about 5 minutes with Zack since Billie's been in town. She suggests hiring a private investigator and he says Billie won't accept that, she wants to be in on the investigation. Hope yells, then let her be. Bo says Shawn just took off on his bike to blow off some steam like he use to do. Hope warns him if anything happens to Shawn tonight, she'll never forgive him.

ON THE PIER, Billie rehears the tape in her head and then hears “mommy”...

BELLE AND SHAWN are on the mountain as we return to their kiss as she says God help me and they fall to the ground. He wants to make love and she remembers she's married to Philip and stops him. More talk of how all he's wanted is to spend his life with her and asking her not to give up on them. His parents have been through a lot and they're still together and Belle tells Shawn what Hope told her earlier. She tells him he needs to talk to his folks more and he says he can't run to them with all his problems and he's an adult now. He asks her what she'll tell Philip if/when he returns. He tells her they were suppose to be the first for each other but they waited too long. Now he's worried what will happen if they wait again. She tells him if Philip dies over there she will never be with him or any other man. He gets mad and takes off on his bike saying he needs time to think and alone (despite her begging for him to ride to town with her in her car as he's been drinking, saying they get his bike in the morning). Like father, like son...he knows best and goes off for his bike with Belle screaming for him not to....and crashes his bike seconds later as Belle watches..(we only hear it).....as she screams NOOOO....

Billie admits to Patrick on the pier...I'm lying to Bo, Hope and my mother...I do want to be with Bo now, more than ever....

Kate asks herself if she's willing to risk John's life to save Philip's...as we see John..now clearly shaven and hair cut shorter..swing his cane smashing some vases saying DAMN YOU WOMAN!!

John continues to argue with Kate, as Hope & Bo continue their argument, while Stan/Sami watches the aftermath of his/her latest trick. Kudos to Dan Wells who is doing a fabulous job of portraying Sami as Stan!

KATE & JOHN continue to argue about the packet of drugs. John threatens Philip’s life, unless he, John, has access to the pills. He yaks it up about needing them to continue using the computer, yada, yada, claiming to want to find Phil to help Kate, and bring him home to his Belle. Kate says NO, and John tries to con her further, then says he is going upstairs to take a hot shower (about time!!!) & Kate should think about it.Alone, Kate fingers the pill package, thinking this all is her punishment for breaking up Lucas & Sami. She watches the Philip video again, then anguishes over the decision she must make. She takes the pills, her coat & purse, and leaves. A clean-shaven (AT LAST!) John comes downstairs, calling for Kate. When he realizes she is gone, along with the pills, he smashes a vase with his cane, falls to the floor, damning Kate. (with all that smashed crockery on the floor, surprising someone does not get hurt – yesterday the coffee tray, today the glass vase)

HOPE TELLS BO she never will forgive him if something happens to Shawn tonight. No way could I stay married to a man who would hurt his family like this. She tries to reason with Bo, and threatens to leave him, reminding him of how Billie is just constantly interfering in their lives, and is always taking Bo’s time and attention. Bo constantly and consistently defends Billie, & Hope is in despair. He leaves the room, and she calls Belle, leaving a message to call her if Belle hears from Shawn. Bo returns with a wrapped package, saying he was saving it for Easter, but thinks now is a better time. Hope sadly tells him….another gift?, you keep doing this. It is a photo box, with a picture of them on wedding day on top, and all 4 sides containing family photos. Hope tells him she knows he means all his words, but tearfully says she worries their love is no longer strong enough to hold the family together. She tries to reason with Bo, telling him they have failed their son. Bo goes on and on about Georgia. Hope tells him it may be too late for Shawn. Bo asks …..too late for Shawn…….or for us. The phone rings, and a police officer tells Bo they have found Shawn’s motorcycle, it has been in an accident up on Lookout Point, but Shawn is not there. Bo says he will be right there, & as he turns to leave, Hope tells him that if anything has happened to Shawn, she will never forgive Bo. EVER!

ON THE FOGGY PIER Stan is crouching behind some barricade, remembering being in front of the mirror, turning Sami into Stan. (as he smiles into the mirror, his face morphs right into Sami’s…excellent job!) There are pictures on a cork board, with some faces scribbled out…Mimi, John, Bo, Hope, & two faces unscribbled…Kate & Billie. Stan thinks to herself (we hear Sami’s voice) how she hates John Black, & the next victims are Uncle Bo & Aunt Hope…who don’t need her help to be miserable. Billie Reed takes care of that all by herself. She circles out Billie’s face on the pic. Now we see Billie on the pier, hearing a child’s voice, and a grinning Stan hiding, as he listens to Billie calling for Georgia. (Billie, Georgia is supposed to be 15-16, you said. WHY would you think a child’s voice is hers?) Billie goes towards the sound of the voice, and finds a large doll, with “Georgia” embroidered on the sweater. (What is with Reilly’s facination with big, talking dolls? Been there, done that on Days already! Remember the “Will” doll?) Patrick comes up, looking for Abby, who is out past curfew. (Someone tell me it is not 2 or 3 a.m. already….or even later!). Billie tells Patrick all about what the doll says, then says Bo doesn’t trust him, but she does. He tells her to tell him all, She remarks that Tony & Stefano are dead, but the DiMera organization lives on, intent on doing the dirty work of destroying lives. They both agree that someone in Salem is working undercover for the DiMera organization. (gee, bet that person is closer than you think)
A hidden Stan remembers looking at Kate’s picture, (as Sami) & realizing that Kate set her up, probably drugging both her & Brandon, so that Lucas would find them in bed, vowing revenge, and since Billie is Kate’s daughter, they both deserve it. Stan says, Kate, you’re going down, as is every member of your family. Now Stan remembers an earlier phone conversation from his mentor, telling him to follow instructions exactly…then a knock at the door, opening it to find a large package which he opens, finding the large doll, and commenting that “whoever you are, you are the most evil genius of all time.
Billie tells Patrick about the lock of hair (showing him the necklace) & how it matched their DNA. Patrick offers to help. She then tells him about her mom’s efforts to throw her with Bo, and admits to wanting Bo, dreaming about being a family with Bo & Georgia. Patrick hears metal scraping, goes to check it out. Stan panics, as Patrick nears the spot where he is hiding.

BELLE HEARS SHAWN CRASH his motorcycle, and runs to the accident scene. He is knocked out, comes to. She wants to take him to the hospital, but he says No. He knows he has a suspended license, has been drinking, and would get into big trouble . (Gee, Shawn, ya think?)He asks her to just take him home. In the car, as she is driving, he passes out. Belle frantically calls out for him to wake up……And the previews show…..

Hope to Bo (at the accident scene): You had the chance to be there for me and your son. You chose to be with Billie instead. You made your choice, now I’m making mine.

Lexie to Kate: John needs help, not another fix. Abe enters (wering a beard) saying, John Black is doing drugs?

Patrick: Who is doing this?
Billie: I’don’t know. Bo’s gonna thank it is you.

Stan to Mimi: The happy life you got planned with Rex Brady is doomed. You’re doomed.

Summary: Kate pays a visit to Lexie, as Abe learns the truth about John…John (at home) is furious with Kate…Stan/Sami continues to torment Salemites, this time Mimi…as Bo and Hope search for Shawn, he convinces Belle to stay the night with him.

AT THE CARVER HOUSE…Lexie is fussing over him as he wants to do for himself. He almost trips over one of Theo’s toys as she tries to help him. Kate arrives (geez, what time is it?) and they talk about Philip missing and Kate asks to talk privately with Lexie. She tells her the story and shows her the baggie of drugs and they fear that he is hooked worse than ever. Lexie is shocked to learn of John’s threat (about helping Philip) and wishes she had turned him in when she had the chance. Lexie says John needs tough love, not another fix…she needs to destroy the drugs. Abe overhears this and is shocked to learn that John is hooked. But Abe understands just how John feels and says that if there was a pill he could take ,legal or not, to help his condition, he would as well. He has sympathy for John’s condition and says he too feels helpless. He refuses to stand in John’s way...it is a desperate situation and John is taking desperate actions. Kate decides to get back and check on John and leaves. After she leaves, Abe talks about losing his sight and says that isn’t all that happening. He eludes to the fact that maybe he is impotent as well and says that Lexie deserves better. But Lexie says he loves her and she loves him…and that is all that is important.

MEANWHILE, BACK AT THE PENTHOUSE…John is trashing the place looking for the drugs. He is furious with Kate and is on a rampage until the phone rings. We learn it is Shane and John tells him he is getting better every day and will soon be ready to go. When Kate returns (and sees the mess John made) and asks him what is going on. He is furious with her and demands she hand over the drugs. He tells her that Shane just called and needs him to head up the search for Philip. She says her fear is that she will give him the drugs and then lose them both. John turns on the video of Philip but Kate says she doesn’t need any reminders…John tells her to give him what he needs then.

STAN/SAMI…is sneaking around on the pier, trying to elude Billie and Patrick and ends up in a dumpster. Billie is upset they didn’t catch the person. Patrick tells Billie to let him handle it and takes off. He spots Stan/Sami and yells for them to freeze. But as he approaches, his phone rings and someone tells him to leave them alone…or he knows what will happen to the people he cares about. Patrick leaves as Stan/Sami runs off into the night. Patrick is watching, wondering who it is. He goes back to Billie and they wonder who is behind this all. Billie says that Bo will definitely think that Patrick is…he is suspicious of him anyway, but she will try to reason with him. Patrick thinks that Bo is jealous of him and Billie. She tells him that the doll could mean bad news for Patrick, for Bo will want to question him…is he sure he has nothing to hide. But Patrick says not to worry, he can handle anything Bo throws at him.
